Food was absolutely disgusting and freezing staff was absolutely rude and kept putting phone down plus delivery was late. If I was everyone else please avoid this place as it’s under a different name and food is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting
My Daughter placed an order for Pizza’s on Saturday 31st January 2026 from Montanas in Billingham to which got delivered wrong and freezing cold, even when told it will take 45 for delivery but arrived 2 hours later,
When she complained she was told the driver has finished for the night and will deliver at 16:00 the next day.
The next day no delivery even at 18:15 no pizzas still hasn’t arrived.
Advice for anyone steer well clear of this establishment and look elsewhere, management is rude and doesn’t understand customer service
