What a disgusting people working there omg if i would know about costumer service i would of never ever in my life went on the website after i asked agent SIMONA to speak to manager she literally cut the chat off on me disgusting behaviour very very very bad avoid people dont get scam like i just did the money are okay to deposit but to withdraw no chance please avoid this horrible casino fujj i will sick after being on the casino… BRADLEY ROBINSON!

Still constantly messaging a 12 year old begging for money

Unfortunately, this casino seems rather shady. Few examples:
- I created an account and then started to play my first few hands. It was a £1000 bet, 2x £500. I got 2x 10s and was about to double on each. Then I got an alert from the site saying they put an auto time out on my account, I couldnt play my hands and thought I was going to lose but by miracle, I won. I dont understand how this is possible
- I then play again another few hands and each time same story but still ended up winning.
- In 2 days I wont £3000 and they sent me an email expelling me from the website

So yeah dont use with a website that also lags a lot

Do not sign up with monster Casino they are a scam. They will do everything in their power not to pay out. I got a big win and they requested some information which I provided no hesitation then they kept finding more and more things to prevent them from paying me out bearing in mind they have previously paid me out on small withdrawals in the past without any issues but the minute you get a big win, they will do everything in their power not to release the Funds. Do not use them. They are a scam. They have no loyalty to their customers. They need to be put on blast. I haven’t even started.

Predatory practices. They let you sign up and bet, but then won't offer the sign up bonus, won't say exactly why. Will make an official complaint to the Gambling Commission. If you intend to block someone from having the welcome bonus at least tell them before they deposit or gamble money, some sites do that and it's fair that way. Won't recommend or use again.

The website itself it's terrible, horrible to navigate, can't palce a bet unless you try multiple times etc.

Very unclear about the Rules of winning bonus bets.

After taking out a the funds from my winning grand national bet, the free bet winner was automatically cancelled.

On contacting them they say you can’t get free bets as you previously opened an account with another ‘Progress Play company’ despite the fact they let you use the free bets opening bets link, deposit, place a settled bet. This site isn't as bad as what people make out. Admittedly I don't ever do the bonus for sites as they all have wagers which are mental. But as bonuses in games and choice of games it's actually suprizingly good. Very slow though but that might be my settings.
