Only thing I found was when returning my parcel at the post office, the online instructions were not as clear as could be .."printer required"?.. I don't have one so 'Yes', but post office have one so' No'?
I needed to change my answer and couldn't go back

Monsoon has always provided high quality items. I have been purchasing dresses from them for many years, and they never disappoint. The sizing is always accurate, and although colours can sometimes appear slightly different in online images, I have found that most of the clothes I have ordered are true to the colours shown.

I selected a very pretty green going out top.used my rewards also and had free delivery within a couple of days. All good thanks

found a pair of gorgeous shoes for my wedding day, so comfy, practical with the block heel as we were outside, super cute with the big bow and got so many compliments

Excellent and professional service

I went to the shop this afternoon to collect my order. I was unsure whether I needed a smaller jacket, but two members of staff patiently helped me check the fit and reassured me that I had the right size.

Although it was nearly closing time, they did not rush me and made sure that I left happy with my purchase. They were extremely patient, helpful and professional. Thank you both for the excellent service!

Shockingly bad customer service!
I won’t be ordering any more from Monsoon.

I ordered click and collect and tried the item on when I got to the shop as it was well over an hour round trip to the store. I found the item wasn’t a good fit and therefore wanted to return it.
The shop assistant (who had handed me the collection item) then asked me to show her a particular email in order to process the return. I told her I’m not very tech savvy and don’t ‘do’ emails on my phone. I was told this was the only way to proceed. After a while we managed to get into my emails and spent time going through, until we finally found the one she wanted.
I was then told I coudn't do the return in the shop as I’d paid some of my order using Paypal (£3.00 of a £19.00 order!). Ridiculous as I had the item in my hand, in the store I was returning it to!
I was told they woudnt accept the return, so I left annoyed having travelled so far to be a customer I would have at least appreciated some Customer Service!
As my custom isn’t valued and I don’t appear to deserve any service I shall make sure I don’t shop there in future - Thanks to the Altrincham Branch I will definitely not inconvenience you by spending any money with you in the future!

Beautiful jumpsuit but very long. I have an inside leg of 31.5 and need to get them taken up by a few inches
