Disappointed

I ordered an external wall light with motion sensor. What they sent does not have a motion sensor. No information on how to return it!

Do not buy for several reasons.

Do not buy for several reasons.
1. They make you think they are in London but the products took a while to arrive from China.
2. I ordered two pairs of tapered trousers but when they arrived they were flared.
3. I email to return them and was told I had to cover the expensive cost back to China.
4. I refused as I felt I was miss sold as trousers were not as ordered. I sent photographic evidence to show the difference.
5. They offered a discount on my next order - Never ordering from them again.
6 . Finally got a 45% discount - not received yet and had to spend all afternoon altering the legs. Luckily I have a sewing machine and enough skill.
DO NOT BUY the website and returns policy leads you to believe it is easy and they are in London.
7. Finally poor quality!

BEWARE. IF YOU RETURN ITEMS DON'T EXPECT TO GET A REFUND ANYTIME SOON!

BEWARE! Monreal London customer service in terms of getting a refund is awful. They drag at the refund process, keep asking for a tracking number for the return, that has already been provided on numerous occasions as a way to hold on to your money unnecessarily. Could be that they have poor cash flow and so are reluctant to refund in a timely manner. Monreal have acknowledged receipt of the returned items and claim they have been processed and yet 10 days have passed and still no sign of a refund. My emails to the returns department are now being ignored and so a dispute case has been opened against them with PayPal. Conveniently Monreal do not have a contact number, only email, which is usually a bad sign. My first and last time ordering from this company. I'll stick to Lucas Hugh, who know how to treat customers!
