Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 147 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers feel the game's design encourages spending, making it difficult to progress or complete objectives without significant financial investment. Reviewers frequently report issues with customer service, describing it as unhelpful, unresponsive, and often providing generic or dismissive answers. The app itself is also a source of frustration, with many experiencing glitches, disappearing rewards, and unexpected account suspensions, sometimes without clear reasons. Scopely doesn’t believe in second chances. Target stays on your back.

I absolutely loved this game prior to getting suspended. I am currently a part of several monopoly go communities as a result. However, once you get suspended/punished, Scopely does not give a player a second chance to redeem themselves even when no cheating or unfair play has taken place. Once you are deemed a cheater, you will forever be treated as a cheater and will lose all of your progress.
How do you accuse someone of cheating when the game is set on auto-roll with one multiplier and no switching of multipliers? Convicts are given a second chance after completing their sentence, why can’t Scopely do the same?

Customer service does nothing to try and help you understand what you’re doing wrong to be flagged in the first place. It’s always the same canned response. I know the software is sophisticated enough to show when the player is using autoroll. The game was designed with that feature so why can’t it be used to roll.
The first suspension was enough to make a point, but to not give a player a chance to redeem themselves after the suspension has been lifted is ridiculous. The behavior was fixed and simply want to be given a fair chance to continue gameplay. I don’t think that is too much to ask.

Total scam

first off they pair up players in events so ridiculously that unless you're willing to pay tons of money you don't really stand a chance, I thought it was just luck. today I found out it isn't my luck, this game is practically a scam. play at your own risk. I know 4 other players and one of the purchase packs available today is different for all of us. one got 6.3k dice a wild and a gold card bonus for $44.99 while another got 4.3k dice a wild and gold card bonus for $99.99

Ghastly game

I wanted to leave 4,5 * review at first. I started playing this game a few weeks ago. Moving quite fast and finding ways to get the best of of it. My biggest mistake was buying a dice package to support the game.
I am playing a partner challenge.
Constantly 5-6 times a day.. For a 1000 rolls I landed 5 times on the station, with 5 and 10 multipliers. I managed to get 200 points on the harmony hustle, and with one decent one you get 80.
Every time when I play partner part I get the lowest score.. For days.. It doesn't matter which multiplier I use.
This game is ghastly with their algorithms, trying to force you to spend money. I will finish the challenge , send golden stickers to people and close my account

Monopoly go is…

Monopoly go is yet another way people are spending money to get something there not getting the value for. If you pay attention, the multipliers do not multiply. The amounts paid by other players does not add into your cash total, and yet you're expected to pay astronomical amounts for virtual properties that get you into the next round but you don't get to keep. Finally the games that they play Within the game do not pay out adequately or fairly. You're given token stickers that do nothing. The value is not there for the amount of money that you pay for a dice roll that does not pay out. I would advise people not to spend their hard-earned money on things that do not play fairly

The people who design this game are…

The people who design this game are retarded. They have no clue how to even allow people to play a game without spending money It's all just a money. Grab every single thing that you do every single thing that anybody does because I have three different accounts right? And all three accounts basically do the same thing but in a slight different way. So you tell me

I was mad before but now I am furious

I tried to write a review in the app, they had a higher number of stars at first but I was thrown out of it before I could post. Couldn’t get back. There are games within the games and some are ok. I really like the Peg E drop. Most inner games last a day or two. One ended yesterday am, replaced with the one I just mentioned I like. USUALLY I get a day and a half to two but a couple HOURS later they changed it to tycoon racers. I don’t like it, partly because of needing to rely on other player. Now they added a “ball & chain” which means teams can make other teams get HALf the points of the roll. They gave no time to announce this feature. CS is a joke! Three times I tried to talk to someone. Got scripted answer mostly. The biggest BOO was the one I sent at 4pm yesterday with a screenshot, wasn’t answered until 2 am. After the agent sent a couple of messages, she said that she had to go bc of no response from me. I was sleeping ten hours after writing the review. Don’t expect any type of sympathy, they don’t give anything to you for the time and trouble it takes to write about a problem. The app claims 4.8 but that’s bc they seem to be able to eliminate bad reviews before finished writing.

Is boring

Is boring. No incentive to play nothing new. Prizes and rewards are rigged and not worth your dice. Can’t win unless you keep putting money and dice into it. Can’t get stickers to close sets. It is all greed. It’s very much the same thing over and over.
