orst customer service on a game ever.

This game customer service are not interested in helping when you’ve got to pick a team to play Fantastic RACERS in Monopoly go you’re supposed to work as a team and you’ve usually got one player what sits there and has absolutely nothing refuses to collect any flags. And there’s no way you can even contact the player you can’t even remove him from your team so you’re just stuck there with him doing nothing and when you reported the customer service is absolutely appalling. They do absolutely nothing. They do not care the worst customer service on a game ever. Too many players on this game getting away with too much stuff and you cannot do nothing about it cause they do not help you

THEY'RE SCAMMING US ON PURPOSE!!!

These are the facts as I have experienced. I'll be using ALBUM SET 20 AS AN EXAMPLE:

1. 21ST OF JULY I TOOK A SCREENSHOT OF MY ALBUM AND HAD 3 GOLDEN STICKERS PLUS SOME

2. 23RD OF JULY THERE WAS A FORCED UPDATE, MEANING I COULDN'T PLAY UNTIL I UPDATED.

3. 25TH OF JULY MY 3 GOLDEN STICKERS WERE GONE PLUS OTHERS

4. 28TH OF JULY THE GOLDEN BLITZ IS SCHEDULED FOR 24HRS...THATS WHEN U CAN EXCHANGE 2 GOLDEN STICKERS.

5. I HAVE ANOTHER UPDATE WAITING FOR ME BUT I WAS ABLE TO PLAY...ITS NOT A FORCED UPDATE LIKE THE ONE ON THE 23RD.

6. I READ A REVIEW ON THE APP OF A FAMILY THAT PLAYED FOR 6YRS AND NEVER COMPLETED AN ALBUM!!!

The prize for an album completion is 15k worth of dice plus other prizes.
They're whole CORRUPT GAME is built on buying dice. And if players are working hard to collect and trade stickers and winning 15k dice fair and square then their billion/trillion $ biz will suffer.
Not suffer like real life suffering, but if they have 10 million downloads and each pays a min of $5 for extra dice, that's $50 million they miss.

And the very sad thing is that they can get away with it. And are getting away with it.

Customer Service always wants PROOF of complaints. Yet for some reason my SCREENSHOTS of the above are dismissed WITHOUT THEIR PROOF. I'm just supposed to take their word that it NEVER HAPPENED!!!

So I must be a TECH GENIUS to have put all those GOLDEN STICKERS and others into my ALBUM!
If that's the case, then why am I complaining?
I'll just do it again!

Scam

Monopoly go set group tasks to complete but allow people in the group to delete the progress made by both parties regardless of whether you have paid money to complete these tasks!! Leaving you to start over with someone else. When expressing my concerns to Monopoly go they could only understand my frustration but had no solution to my concerns. I feel they are encouraging people to pay for extras but have no safeguards to protect your rewards.

Customer Service lies to you

I contacted customer service about the accuracy of some information about their events that I saw on their Facebook site, posted by a user. They told me that the information was fake. Then I specifically asked about the next event that I had seen since I missed the one earlier. THEY LIED TO MY FACE! They claimed that there were no more events for the day. I logged in a few hours later. after spending all of my cash to find out, there is the event I was asking about. I asked customer service why they lied to me and they basically said, "Oops, sorry." If you haven't downloaded this game but are thinking about it, don't, you will regret it. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’m getting bored with Monopoly

I’m getting bored with Monopoly. I’m about to delete my account. The thing I hate the most is people taking down my landmarks and then I have to constantly pay and pay and pay to get them back up. That to me is the most boring part of this game and I don’t want to play it anymore. I’m tired of fixing my landmarks.

Totally baffled by son’s suspension. I have been playing this game for 2 years and other than it being stacked in the favour of the game providers with them trying to get you to spend money, it has been a mostly good experience. However, that has ALL changed and I am So angry! My son went to join me in one of the events and was suspended without any warning. When we went to all the trouble of contacting customer support we got a template automated response which implied he had violated their terms - we asked what this actually Means and had absolutely nothing back which makes any sense. We have had to research what it means on social media and apparently it is because he has used a special app to cheat or similar, or bought too much from them to gain advantage or used an unauthorized sticker exchange app … I can guarantee that he has done nothing of the sort and has no money (he is 10 years old!) or alternative app loaded on his phone - he has made barely any progress in the game! … what an absolute joke this game provider is - how do they get away with this? Many People are giving them huge sums of money to play - We won’t play again and I would advise anyone to stay away from a game where you can put so much effort in only for it to be taken away without any good explanation!

If I could give it NO STARS I would

If I could give it NO STARS I would. My account has been suspended 2 times already, next time they hit it my account will be banned. I asked both times what I did wrong and both times I was given the same generic answer. I played normally as I always have and never had a problem til they started this! Now if you get lucky and get to high in rank, gain just a few dice, buy to much or try to help a friend with stickers SUSPENDED OR BANNED. Do not download this app. It’s not worth the time and is no longer fun. They will just police your account til it disappears

Account was suspended for no reason. I always play fair and even buy from in-app purchases. Never again - no appeal option is given either so you can’t do anything. It’s gone from my favourite game to the absolute worst!

This game is rigged. They suspend you for no reason. I asked why I was suspended they gave me a general answer oh you violated the game blah blah I talked to “customer service” they said they are looking into it. 10 hrs later still nothing! They don’t care. “Customer service” is basically useless. Rigged game. DO NOT waste your time or money

Do not get sucked in

You will spend a lot of money to progress and will run the risk of suspension if you get too many dice, build too quickly, fart too loudly, pick your nose too often. These suggestions are as farcical as your suspensions .

Play at your own risk

Apparently once you are suspended- accidental or otherwise, they will not overturn it so play at your own risk because they will not help you. They only go by an automatic algorithm (no human reviews suspension/bans) and if you are just unlucky, that's it. Would not recommend spending any money on this app.

Mogo is a joke

Mogo is a joke, like everyone is saying, you spend a shed load of money and the minute you decide to build at speed or complete your partners game in 2 days it's a problem.
I was banned for the first time for 3 days because I completed my album got 15000 dice and used them to build and progress too quickly for them. I sent dupes from my alt account to help me to complete sets when my dice ran out. There are people who have hacked the game and all sorts but we are the ones getting suspended and banned.
This time out has made me realise how much time I was spending on this game, not sure if I will bother with it again.

Biggest scam on mobile

Firstly its not possible to complete most events and all the albums without spending money. This game is as random as a slot machine, the odds are all stacked against you. If you increase your multipliers you will not land on anything of value. If you need corner spaces, or railroads etc you won't land on them til most of the dice are gone. So many gold stickers now where there's no way of getting them even with trading. Now im hearing people being banned for being too lucky? Unacceptable. Totally rigged game to extract maximum amount of real money out of you (not to mention crazy expensive). I can be sitting next to someone playing and they have completely different prices. Add that to the 500 pop ups to spend money and add friends, so annoying.

Suspending and banning accounts for…

Suspending and banning accounts for using high roller, a feature THEY put in the game is actually insane. Be careful if you get lucky with your high roller rolls you’ll likely end up suspended. I wouldn’t even bother using HR. Customer service will tell you “we can’t give you any more information but you’ll get your account back at the end of the suspension” and then end the conversation without waiting for you to speak. Absolutely terribly run game and company.
