Silver earrings lovely but very hard to get on. I feel they will not last long which is worrying as they were expensive.

Not as described
Very disappointed with my purchase. It is not as described. I ordered a RED January birthstone locket and chain which was described as red and appeared in photos to be red. It is in fact ORANGE and I can not now gift this to my sister and can not return item as it has been engraved. Wasted my money

The bracelet I bought is very thin and looks fragile. For people who receive it as a gift and who don't know this brand, it's looks like a "lambda" gift. Which is a shame especially because the jewelry is tailored made with 18 c gold... but it looks disappointing as a gift to offer. It doesn't look as a good value for money.

I have a product which I needed to send back under warranty
I have a product which I needed to return under warranty - however I couldn't locate the email for order confirmation. The lady in the Liverpool Street store referred me to the online virtual assistant to help resolve the issue. I soon got process through to Harley, who confirmed that I misspelt my email address! She managed to identify the product and the order confirmation number and directed me to the online form with all the correct details. Excellent customer service, which made a slightly stressful panic feel totally at ease. Thank you Harley!
