Failure to track reward
Took out travel insurance with MoneySuperMarket earlier this month and my reward hasn't tracked. Customer service tells me I havent waited long enough, but I've taken out a new credit card since then and thats tracked fine! We all know its not going to track and the unwillingness of this company to look into it means I wont be using them again. Absolute joke of a company.
