It went to the debit account not the phone account! Last one went somewhere nobody knows where! And to have to pay an extra 5 dollars on top of everything else, it's not like it's already difficult on the inmate and the family! You see for some reason it takes my card to do everything but debit and phone, so you all get rich so I can speak to my son!!

The screen had frozen and Mia had reassured me that the payment had been processed correctly. Mia also produced the reference number allowing the other person to collect. At the time when the screen had frozen I was in two minds as to whether the money would become an issue, but Mia had resolved this matter and put my mind to rest.
