terrible service and terrible company
I didn't want to give not even one star but whithout any stars it is not allow me to write here so give it a go for minus one star.
As i am non-native Italian who first time move in to Italy.
I purchased the sofa-bed which included mattress. I fully paid over 600 EUROS, also paid for the Installation charges,however, they only delivered the coach without mattress.
If in UK, like this case we could have get solved the problem shortly with apologise, if not the company will return the money to our account.
Now, in Italy, i have been contacted million times to the customer service, they just keep saying to wait since November until date, during 3 months nothing improved, No contacted, No apologise, as customer right I should get money back if they can't provide me full product. the Part is missing and i can't use this sofa-bed at all as i purchased thsi to use as my bed at night.
Such a terrible company sit in bigger country.
Not sure who own this company. I would be happy if the owner/director see my feedback.

I ordered all the furniture from mondo conv. When the furniture arrived, I had some damages and other items which were sent wrong. I sent an email but had no response so I emailed them again. When they still hadn't contacted me I decided to contact them by chat. Each time I contacted them I found a different person so I kept having to repeat what I wanted. Trying to figure out what I could do to fix my problems was a nightmare. Every time I spoke to them on chat they told me that someone will contact me by phone. Despite their repeated assurances, I didn't receive a phone call for over two months. At last, they contacted me by phone and told me that the items were going to be changed. I was relieved that at last, the problem was going to be solved! They did not keep to their word as after 2 days I received an email saying that they were sorry and could not help me!! They do not make an effort to understand or care about their client, and I have to put up with all of their errors!

Kitchen delivery promised 16-22 Dec. I had to chase communication around this. Then, actual delivery plan end of Jan. Old kitchen already removed due to delivery date provided..Xmas without a kitchen and having guests over... And guess? No one cares
