Order arrived within a week and got discount and free shipping for my first purchase. After, I received more discounts along with free shipping. Overall quality is great and jewelry is beautiful and looks expensive and is GREAT quality for the price.

I'm trying to return my earings, but nobody's answering me by email since 2 weeks almost 3. It said that i have 30 days to return it, but it seems like nobody is working there to sent me a sticker to return it and have my refund. Very bad experience.

The website was easy to navigate. The item I purchased arrived quickly. The quality of the necklace was excellent, with the ability to adjust the length. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought a few sets of earrings and necklaces from Monday Monarch as Christmas presents for my daughters. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price. The jewellery feels cheap, and one of the earring clasps stopped working after only the second time it was worn.

I contacted customer service to let them know and to request a return address. Instead of simply issuing a returns label, I was repeatedly asked for increasingly detailed descriptions of the fault and then even asked to provide a video. This felt unnecessary and frustrating. If they had just arranged the return, the fault would have been obvious in person.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. You can find very similar jewellery online for a much lower price and, in my experience, with less hassle if something goes wrong.

The earrings I ordered were beautiful and of high quality. When I wanted to return part of my order, customer service responded quickly and offered a solution that was easy and fair. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

This company has such a beautiful collection of jewelry that it's easy to find pieces that I love. Their prices are great and the jewelry is so well made and just stunning. Everything is always delivered quickly and in pretty packaging.

Package got delayed in their warehouse and didn’t ship for weeks - not what their shipping stated when I placed the order. No clarity on where my package was or when it would start tracking
Finally arrived 18 days after the order was placed and 13 days after it said it shipped. I no longer needed the necklace as it didn’t arrive in time
Wouldn’t send a return label for a full refund

Great selection. Loved the product. It was just what I needed and true to the pictures and measurements listed on the website.

AVOID: The items arrived quite quickly so no issues there. In the end my niece didn’t want them so within 2 days of receiving the items I contacted the company for details for returning to get a refund. They then contacted me from 2 different emails stating I can keep these for 30% discount or otherwise send these back to a US address with full tracking information. Only Chinese merchants behave in this exact same manner and to avoid issuing a refund they will offer discounts. The product isn’t of good quality either. Atleast with shein and Temu you know what you are getting!

I ordered the Large Silver Harper Hoops. The order came in a timely manner. Earrings are lovely. They do not irritate my sensitive ears. I highly recommend.

I ordered two necklaces 3 weeks before Christmas. After multiple attempts to track- finally got a response that they would arrive Dec. 29th. Almost a month after. No communication and now no gift. Do not recommend.

This company is extremely slow in shipping and uses the slowest possible method to get you your product. It was not clear that I would not receive my orders in time to give for Christmas. They were ordered December 6th. Still in transit on the 18th at 10pm…somewhere out there.

Lovely earrings but did take a while to arrive
