Poor quality knock-offs that rust instantly
I chose Monarch because they were local, but also because of the customer services.
The fitters arrived and spent the whole day to fit the door and window above.
Unfortunately after 2 months the handle began to corrode. This is a brand new door and I wouldn't expect a modern door to corrode this quickly. I'm not near the seaside but my parents are and their composite door hasn't corroded after 5 years. I rang the office and they said they would come and look at it. 2 months later still nothing. I rang again, was told I was not forgotten about.
They told me some nonsense about how the doors need to be cleaned but it's even corroded inside the letterbox. 2 years later and still not heard from them..
