Put in an order at 3:42 PM EST said that the order would be ready 60-70, which is already a long wait. At 5:45 PM called Mona Lisa’s Restaurant and Bar, Norfolk VA. They said that they hadn’t received the order, wasn’t apologetic at all. I will never use this company or Grub Hub again. Not to mention, that they offered a $15 discount like I would consider using them again. Now I have to wait 5-10 business days for my money back. Horrible. Never again.
