Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a jacket when it arrived quality was awful and it did not fit correctly. Asked for a refund and was told they are moving warehouse so wouldn’t be able to issue a return label until this is complete. I have been chasing this for the past 3 months and no success.

They have sent me the wrong jacket four times and won’t process a return as they are “moving warehouses” which has been ongoing for one month now .. so they jacket my money for all the jackets and none are correct and they won’t allow me to turn them

I ordered shoes from Monaco Gents and was extremely disappointed with the quality — they were cheap-looking and poorly made. Definitely not what was advertised. When I reached out to request a refund, I was told I would only receive 50% back, despite their website clearly stating a full refund is guaranteed. This is false advertising and incredibly dishonest. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. I’ve never had such a frustrating shopping experience. Never again. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!!!!!

This company is a fake they are dodgy and when ask for returns they keep declining and when emailing them they just keep ask for more proof spent £60 and it was a waste of money the quality is so cheap it's nothing like the photos on website. They aren't a trustworthy company to purchase anything from. SIMPLY AVOID

If I could 0 stars I would! Misleading photos of clothing. When arrived the items looked nothing like the photos! Also keep declining my return!!!! I spent over £60 and now a massive waste of money AVOID AVOID AVOID

Items of clothing are of the poorest quality you could imagine. The company are even worse.
Item arrived . Frayed drawstrings, no care/ wash labels, cheapest materials I've seen used in clothing and a terrible fit. The company tried everything not to have the item back offering discount eventually 50%. Stuck to my guns for a full refund. They stopped replying to emails. Thanks to Paypal got the refund 6 weeks later.
Avoid this cowboy company at all costs. It's a shame you can't put minus stars on. The company should be shut down

If you are reading this please do not order anything from this company. It is a scam and criminal organisation. I am going through exactly the same process as the other posts on here.

I ordered 2 ‘wool’ blazers in a small and medium. When they arrived I was stunned at the utterly poor quality of the garments. The fit is entirely off, sleeves that are to short, made from polyester, hang threads everywhere, cheap and tacky plastic buttons, stitching coming out everywhere.

As soon as I asked for a refund ‘Ahmed Khan’ has proceeded to begin a protracted campaign stringing out the whole process.

Asking for photographs (even though simply not fitting or not liking a product is a reasonable return reason), once provided he tried to offer me 30% of the value and a voucher.

I wish I had come across these reviews earlier and that is my reason for posting. Hopefully it saves someone else the aggravation and time wasted chasing a crook.

I will update this thread with the outcome.

Don't buy from them. Scam, don't except refunds or exchanges. Send you templated emails to delay and wear you out, then stop responding. Shocking.

I would not gave them even one star.
They advertise a suede women’s jacket which is in fact polyester with faults on every seam.
Beware they are fraudulently trading do not buy from them.
I have requested a refund which has been ignored.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a jacket and had to constantly chase for delivery due to their lack of communication. They don’t answer calls, and when I finally received my jacket, it was of poor quality and had no labels. Now, when I request a refund, they are only offering me 30%, which feels like a scam.

Just as others have said. Ordered 3 jackets for my father, when arrived eventually they were poor quality, no labels and smaller than expected. Emailed to start the return process but had to answer many questions and send them photos of their garments! Persisted with the email for 2 weeks being offered a small refund and to keep the coats. I then raised a section 75 with my credit card company as the total purchase was over £100. Had my money refunded from the credit card company and not heard anything since from monocogents. This was beginning of December so I am one of the lucky ones who hasn’t lost out.

The fraud is simple: deliver a poor-quality item, but never accept a return, no matter how many times you ask. Like all the other reviewers, I fell for this and am left with an unwanted garment and a hole in my account. Don't buy from this sham company.

I have called, emailed and nothing back for a week, no communication and no intention of refund. their products are cheap rubbish - they simply take your money and never contact you again

This company will never refund. After a month trying with them I raised it with PayPal and I fortunately was able to get a refund via PayPal but wasn't easy as the company tried everything they could not to refund. Still lost some money in trying to send the product back international tracked delivery but in the end the product was refused and returned to me anyway.

This 'company' was created to scam people! Bought a jacket for £59.99, looked so good on pics but when arrived I realised its rubbish, poor material etc. Started emailing for return, they kept on making concessionary offers, I kept declining. In the end they said 'will process a returns label' again i kept on emailing for this label and they kept reassuring me that they are processing it! In the end they stopped responding. There's no other way to return or get a refund! TOTAL SCAM! (Date of experience is approximate).

It's a scam. Monacogents have a returns policy that states, goods must be returned within 30 days. To initiate a return, you need to email them with the details and once approved they'll send you a return shipping label and Instructions on how and where to send your package.
The problem is they never respond to any emails or phone calls and so you can't send anything back!

I ordered a coat that was decsribed as cashmere lining, high quality garment and next day delivery. Item received a month later, product of low quality, it was fake fur not cashmere. Threads falling off, zip low quality. When emailed for a refund they kept saying keep item we will give you 15% off refund, then 20% refund. So far not received a refund and they blame bank for delaying refund. Now no reply. Beware scammers

Paid £90 for a coat! Was cheap looking and bad quality tried to return and they kept delaying the process, emails backwards and forwards asking for returns slip and a refund, they refusing to send one! now I have missed the window and still no refund!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. 1 star because no option for no star. Clothing poor quality. 'Company' do not respond to emails, no possiblity of a return or refund. DO NOT use this rip off company for anything other than leaving the s**t review they deserve. Any purchase equivalent to throwing money down the drain, not that they care, they've got the your cash and you have no chance of getting it back.

Absolutely disgusting company. I paid £90 for a coat in medium. It came and was too small. No way my partner is a large. I asked for a refund as an exchange wouldn't be here in time as it took 2, weeks for the coat to come. They stated that I can reorder one and keep the other. I stated I just wanted my refund for them to tell me I have to pay £14.99. they then stated I can have a 20% refund and keep the item. I have had no choice. Still not have a refund and kept with a shitty coat.... Avoid at all costs.
