Item was listed as being in stock on Amazon and sold by Momox. Ordered and paid then less than 10 minutes later the order was cancelled without explanation.

Later on, Amazon had another copy listed from the same seller at twice the price.

Used many times, never disappointed. You can find some good priced items.

Just wanted to join the growing band of customers who think Momox is bad (crap). Ordered a CD through Amazon which didn't arrive (of course it didn't as The Royal Mail were involved). After a suitable period I was offered a refund for a trackable non delivery, that was on the 6th January. I had an email stating that a refund would be applied immediately to my credit card. Well, it's now the 21st of January and I am still waiting!!! Great at taking your money, shit at giving it back.

Price was good, delivered slightly earlier than expected (postmarked Netherlands). No Customs charges. Very happy with the DVD and service.

(👋UK Customer) The negative reviews are a bit unfair, It is clear that Momox are based in Berlin, I always contact these wonderfull people with a querry, or just use common sense or just do research on the item I'm buying regarding muti language subtitles option or in game voice acting languages etc,

People should really use the internet for what it was intended for, information and communication.

My personal experiences with Momox has always been outstanding,

They remind me of how good Music Magpie used to be before they went way downhill now sending you rusty games and trash condition media

Honestly Momox have been quite valuable for me over the years not with all the insane collectors item scalping going on online. Sensible prices and items arrive in fantastic condition.

Momox.co.uk is based in Berlin which I didn't realise until after I'd ordered a DVD. I then saw all of the negative reviews on Trustpilot & felt sick. Then the DVD arrived 2 days earlier than expected & It was in perfect condition. The problem is that it's a French film but has no English subtitles. I was so looking forward to watching Maigret with Gerard Depardieu but I don't speak French, I need subtitles. I have about 50 foreign DVDs many which were bought on Amazon & this is the first one without subtitles. I don't understand how Amazon allows a company like this to trade under a uk address. I was going to return it but the postage is expensive & not worth it. So money down the drain. AVOID Momox. I've looked at other reviews for Momox & most are very bad.

I agree with all the bad reviews here. Momox used to be ok maybe. But late last year I ordered something from them for between £10 and £15. They sent me the wrong item so I was advised to return it to them via there UK return depot close to Norwich but to use the cheapest post which they would refund me for. I did this but of course there was no parcel tracking, they never received it and never refunded me my money. What a complete scam!

Ordered a book on 29/11/2024. Invoiced and payment taken, Tracking number provided by Netherlands Post, Still no sign of my item. PostNL state that the item is on it's way, yet cannot give an update as Momox UK "has sent this package without track and trace".
Momox stated that "in a few rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 working days" At this rate I may or may not receive my item until after Christmas.
I will not purchase from this company again as there was no mention that this order was coming from the Netherlands.

The item finally arrived. As described and well packed.

Ordered book, received confirmation just to be than cancelled , payment that has been made on this order will be refunded in 5-7 days, no reason no nothing utterly disgusting. It should be illegal

Ordered a DVD simple huh? Nope delivery started to go backwards (Amazon) asked why, no response at first then an apology from Adams Renner Customer Service, with a message that they are not tracked and it could take 30 days to be delivered.. just how far could anyone drive in 30 days?? This is awful... I will revist this review if I get the disk by the 4th December

Bought 2 vest type tops and tried to cancelled within an hr to be informed that they were dispatched (lies) was told just to return when i got them but the return address on the lable is different to the one i was given which was france. Shirts are really cheap material. Poor customer service , poor quality tops. Never buy from this company as you'll be waisting your money😒

I ordered a cd from them and paid. Had an email confirming this. Then an email,less than 24 hours later, saying I would get a refund for the returned item. Obviously I hadn't returned it; I suspect they no longer wanted to sell it at the price quoted. Sure enough it reappeared within an hour but at twice the price! Obviously they have prevented me from contacting them.

Bought a dvd on amazon uk only to be unable to track as invalid tracking number. Was due to arrive today but amazon informs me I must wait until 3rd December to report problem with my order!!!! Tried to access the momox UK website with no you, as blocked???? Slim shady comes to mind. I'll update as and IF I receive my dvd.... 😡

Momox sent me the wrong CD,asked me to return with the cheapest postage then a full refund inc postage will be issued once they have received the CD.After waiting a while I contacted them for any info they said they hadn't received the CD and asked me if I had any tracking info.No tracking provided as it was returned 2nd class as requested by them.I'm reading reviews on momox and I don't seem to be the only one who has fallen for this dirty scam,I'm now £44 out of pocket and feeling annoyed.Please avoid these sellers.

Don't use this company. Their customer service is terrible. I placed an order with them in error and tried to cancel immediately. They refused my cancellation. I sent the item back to them in Germany for a refund. The item has been returned to me with no refund. This means I've paid for a cd I don't want and postage to Germany! Their communication with me has been unhelpful and off-hand!

I purchased Philips shaver heads through Momox via Amazon and instead got sent a crap cd months later. I returned it at my expence and still did not get a refund. Do not I repeat do not use Momox, you will get stung at some point.

No problems at all, quick efficient service and a very good price for the product ordered.

I bought a CD through eBay and received an illegal copy burnt onto a Memorex disc and not the real thing. The sleeve was a bad black and white photocopy. This is an insult considering they said the item was in good condition. I sent it back immediately and a month on I am no closer to resolving this. They sent me a clumsy and misleading email telling me it is in hand and that I would have to jump through hoops to get a refund on the postage. I am £9.27 down but the wisdom of knowing never to buy from Momox and that eBay are useless at chasing this up for me is cheap at the cost. I will avoid Momox because they are criminals and I'll avoid eBay because they don't care.

Ordered a DVD for UK delivery.

Then I read these reviews and started to wonder what would go wrong. All turned out fine in my case. The DVD in its original jewel case arrived well ahead of time, was well packed and looked in as-new condition. It played perfectly.

Bit of a relief after all I'd read here. So, I might well buy from them again, at least sticking to lower value items for now.

The sales advert on Amazon stated delivery by 12th Sept, for an order dated 6th Sept. The goods would come from UK and used a .co.uk URL. After payment was taken the receipt said by 25th Sept. After querying with them they said they do not use tracking, the company shown on Amazon is not listed as one of their 'approved'(?) carriers. They then said that packages can take up to 30 days. They do not reply with explanations or information other than dismissive irrelevant statements. Do not touch them with a barge-pole.
