Very frustrating experience with Momox!
Very bad experience! They send goods in very poor package so it arrived damaged. I can return it but I have to prepay the postage. After that they never refunded my goods or my return postage. I write many messages but they respond always with the same automated message, that they haven't received it.
I write them that the track and trace shows it arrived at their place. They even sign for it.
All my messages to explain that it arrived is never being responded by them. It seems they don't really read my messages.
Luckely I did the transaction by Amazon and they refund my purchase. Now only my return postage is not refunded.
I will never buy again from Momox.
After giving a bad review they refund me everything. That's good but they should do something about the customer service.

Excellent place to buy books with a very large selection. Here in Quebec, Canada, french book prices are a total rip off, so with Momox you can get them for 1/2 price, if not cheaper, shipping included. The company is professional, with solid customer service. Good job !!.
