What was once the greatest site for searching flights is now a poor shadow of the same. The change in site set up and way of searching has became complicated and needlessly unclear. Shame.

All becarefull with momondo they site cheat people. We booked flight thrue momondo for adult and baby with seat and paid extra for baby seat. Suprisely baby did not have seat as it is impossibly to booked seat thrue momondo!!!! Please use any other site not to loose money.

Easy to use website! Convenient to find and compare tickets.

Momondo is a responsive and reliable platform. I'd had some issues on pricing with some individual providers, where actual prices turn out to be much higher than published prices, but I see this as the specific provider's omission/misrepresentation and not momondo's.

On the whole, I am a very satisfied user and I do recommend momondo to friends.

While momondo does not post air fares themselves they do post the air fares from the various agregates they platform. I have found that the particular routing and fare I am looking for is advertised but NEVER available. It is posted on the momondo website but when I go to the agregates website that air fare is always already sold out. This is obviously a lost leader and it seems likely the air fare was never actually available. I would think that momondo would demand a bit more integrety and reliability from the agreates they provide a platform for?? After all the 'momondo' name is involved and at stake.

Found the website to be very unfriendly. Initiated a chat to procure a seat assignment and the service rep, after interminable delays, finally just disappeared.

The price was great. And also customer service was really good. I am completely satisfied

I warn people booking through Momondo that they do not always recommend reputable companies, many people have lost thousands of dollars because Momondo directed them to book with Bestjet which has gone into liquidation, they had it as 5 stars even though the company is now known to have been stripped of its accreditation 18 months ago.

Please be warned they do not care about recommending genuine booking sites and you risk to lose a lot of money, best way is to book direct through the airline and cut out these dodgy companies otherwise risk losing thousands.

I booked tickets using momondo for Sydney to India. It recommended bestjet travel agency. Total cost of tickets is 1689AUD.

Now that travel agency is bankrupted and they cancelled my tickets. They are not giving refund as well.

Momondo also not helping in this regard. It was lot of stress.

It is better to book tickets directly from airline websites or high profile and trusted agencies unlike momondo.

I faced a very bad experience yesterday with KIWI.COM.
My booking number with KIWI was 18000059.
Momondo recommended the Kiwi.com flight which had transits at Kiev, Ukraine.
No Visa requirements were mentioned in the tickets at the time I booked the tickets.
I along with my friend was refused to board the flight at Copenhagen airport on December 19, 2018 by Ukrainian International Airlines. We were told visa is required to board the flight even though the transit time for catching our flight to our destination Dubai was only 4 hours.
We learned through our friend in Ukraine that 2 weeks before (after we booked the tickets), there was a policy change by Ukraine due to war situation which KIWI.com didn’t inform us in whatsoever manner. We called KIWI.com at 3 am in the morning at Copenhagen airport, where they told they told they can’t help in any manner and they won’t take any responsibility. I told them the policy change happened after we booked and KIWI.com should have at least informed the customer regarding this. They replied we can contact your embassy (at 2 am in the morning!! ). So, future travelers, please keep in mind that all the stuff like ‘KIWI.com’ guarantee and stuff like that are just useless and it won’t come to your help if you book tickets with KIWI.com
I was then directed to opt for KIWI refund in the form of credits instead of the cash as it cash form refund will take 30 days and I won’t be able to reschedule the flight using that. I was also told KIWI credits will get credited within 1 hour and they will help me reschedule the flight from the Copenhagen airport then and there. Then only I was realized that I was cheated again, and I didn’t get the KIWI credits also till now. So, I lost almost 1200 USD (10,000 SEK) for the two tickets.
It is a pity that a reputed website like MOMONTO recommends and lists such untrustworthy and fake websites like KIWI.com on their website.
I am writing this only to help future travelers to never trust KIWI.COM and book flights with them even if it is way cheaper than other airlines as you will lose all your hard-earned money.

This has been one of the most horrible experiences of my entire travel life. If I could give it no stars, I would. Please remember that this is not a United States based company and therefore American have very little protection. We had a problem with our eTicket via third party through Momondo for American Airlines. American Airlines would not touch it because it was third party purchase. We could not reach Momondo because they are out of this country. The third party is Flightbird, some of the most dishonest people we have ever had to deal with. We spent a week and countless hours on the phone over this issue and never got it resolved. In order to get our money, our bank suggested filing a claim through our credit card company. Momondo might be alright, but they contract with disreputable companies and have no way to provide customer support if something goes wrong. If you have no problems, maybe you can get a cheap ticket. If you have a problem, buyer beware because you will likely never get it resolved.

I used Momondo and lost my money.

Momondo recommended flights from BudgetAir as a flight provider. Unfortunately, there was a technical failure in the booking resulting in the situation where the money was taken from my bank account but I never got the flights nor received the money back. This was 3 weeks ago. The customer service of BudgetAir is completely useless.

I have tried to report this to Momondo as well, but they don't seem to have any mechanism for that. Its weird that customers can't report bad flight providers to Momondo. Momondo is recommending unsafe flight providers such as BudgetAir, which in my mind makes them equally untrustworthy.

I will never ever use Momondo again and instead will book flights directly from flight companies. With Momondo, you can save a little bit on each flight, but then on one day with some booking you can loose everything due to the unsafe flight provider. Better hope that that flight was not an inter continental one. So, you probably wont save overall and will definitely save time and nerves by sticking to flight companies.

Travel agency I booked with stole $2,200 from me for two tickets that I booked on an international flight.

terrible service we booked through this site and though we were taking a German airlines and thats what our itereary said but it turned out it was all wrong and we ended up having to fly 4 other airlines My wife is so upset about it.

VERY BAD ...it's 3 days now and they refuse to issue a ticket that has been paid.
