I was scammed by this company. I booked a flight on this website. The next day a I received an email with A and phone number to "confirm my information". I called, they said the quoted seat was no longer available but they they would pay the difference to move to the main cabin if we paid the "tax". It was the flight I wanted so I agreed. While on the phone they sent me an email to "check the spellng of out names", which I did, but didn't notice they had changed one of the flights to an overnight connection (they had verbally said the correct flight on the call). So I paid what I would have paid anywhere else and got a worse flight. This is a straight up scam DO NOT use them.
I did contact the airlines directly and confirmed the reservation was made.

I have booked flights on Momondo for the past 10 years at least a couple of times a year and never had issues but I no longer trust Momondo. When trying to book on Momondo now more often than not the price is no longer the same as was advertised. I have also experienced multiple times that just before payment there is a notice that the price has suddenly gone up by a ridiculous amount. I have now started booking directly with the airlines despite it being more expensive. I have lost my faith in Momondo and it used to be an easy stress-free way to book tickets.

They automatically place the calendar for a month in advance I thought I was in the current month buying the trip

Obviously our experience is not necessarily a fault of Momondo - as it was caused by GotoGate- flying Ryanair and although ordering and paying for extra luggage, GotoGate failed to enter this fact in the system of Ryanair. The day before travelling I contacted GotoGate as I noticed nothing was mentioned on the boarding pass. The person replied - all ok. Flying to Malaga nothing was checked, but on the return flight we were picked out - rather embarrasing - and ultimately had to pay " again.
It was reporter and claimed to GotoGate, despite several reminders - no action nor responce.

They are switch scam. Show low prices on your select dates. Then send booking on month later dates.
On screen make copy right away.
If you buy 24hr cancelation they ask for 75 $cancelation which never given in print.even person jenny white is a scam. Mostly a call center in India running this scam.

Very disappointed with the accuracy on pricing. I have been following the ticket price to go to Mexico City, it was ranging from $280 - $300. Today I finally decided to book. We are traveling with 4 people. The website that we were directed to ( eDreams) did not give me the chance to add more than 1 other passenger. So, we decided to book 2 at a time. By the time I was done filling up all the information and adding luggage and etc price went up significantly. Final price $680 per person. Ok, still willing to book. It probably took me 2 minutes to include c/c inform and in this short amount of time they raised the price from about $680ish to $740ish ???? Fine, we thought it could happen and decided just to maintain the tickets. We purchased any way. Then when we went back to the website and did the same search - found the same flight and price so we could buy the remaining 2 tickets for my step son and his girlfriend. I filled in the information very quick since I knew about price changes ..... the value was the same until I pressed "buy tickets" and then the proce changed from $700 to $1,000.00 ???!!!! Really in lees then 2 minutes?? I have been looking for this flights for the entire past week. It was advertised as $220 per person, I was expecting to pay more for checked bags which would probably would be &1,000.00 for 4 people and 2 checked bags and instead we payed $1,700.00??????? It does not make sense to me ... which is a bummer because we are always traveling. I'm looking for you to honor the price of the first 2 tickets purchased which I believe is fair and would encourage us to continue to use your website.

“I have attempted to reproduce your search experience but was unable to. I have run a search for 4 adults on momondo. When transferred to eDreams the booking is for 4 adults as well.

i was being scammed by Happy Fares named company as I made the reservations through them for AIR ASIA flight and when I was making reservations it I selected date for 26 DECEMBER 2022 but when I made payment date changed to 26 January 2022 automatically and I called customer service within 5 minutes but they are asking for cancellation of 15K out of 17K. This is fully scam running for more details contact me

Momondo must remove the travel agencies who are obviously scam artists from their search engine, otherwise customers will stop trusting Momondo and start to use a different flight search engine.
As example they allow skus.smartfares.com to operate there with fares that seem very cheap - up until the moment you have entered all your creditcard data and press "Book". Then suddenly the price is 8 times higher?!!! Scam, scam, scam

Sorry Momondo, but since you use KIWI.COM, this goes out to you!

We booked a flight through Momondo that led us to KIWI. Everything was confirmed and paid for. 2 Days after they cannot provide the return flight anyway and gives us a very poor alternative!!

It´s unacceptable that we cannot get our money back, when KIWI makes the booking mistake. Also its very dissatisfying that we cannot get a better alternative when the alternative is an option on both Momondo and Kiwi, without we have to book an entirely new ticket and paid full price for that and not retting the old ticket refunded.

This means we cannot in the future rely on Momondo as well, since you link to fx KIWI.

I love their search function. I usually book directly with the airline, but their functionality is amazing. I always start searching for flights here.

Momondo is good It's those bad travel agency are the problems.I have been using Momondo when buying tickets for 12years now.I only had one bad experience with edreams they were able to refund my money but wasted my time and vacation leave.Thats why i only book to the travel agency in from my country so its easy to contact them if there is problem arise.

At Momondo’s webpage you can rent a car from anywhere in the world. DO NOT DO THIS! We rented a car through momondo, who works with travellink. It looked like a good deal, but it sure wasn’t. Little did we know, that the price we paid didn’t bounce when we got to the car rental. Neither did the insurance. When we wanted to cancel our car rental, we couldn’t get in contact with neither momondo or travellink. There was nothing to do but to pay once again.
Please, do not ever use momondo to rent a car when you are abroad.

I found an international ticket from their website that was linked to TRAVELGENIO that is a scam travel agency. They sell me a flexible ticket but a month before my flight I asked them to change the date and at first they asked for $160 extra and when I accept to pay it, they asked me to pay $417.40 extra again, they SCAMMING people.

I did a flight search through your website. He ended up transferring me to tripmonster.com. I purchased my ticket through tripmonster.com. Baggage was included in the order and paid for, but it is not on the ticket. tripmonster.com was charged $65 more than the ticket price on smartwings.com. tripmonster.com customer support is ignoring my requests. As well as the requests of other customers. I understand that technically this is not your responsibility. But you should not pass by the situation when you are an intermediary between scammers and your users. I demand a response to this case.

Do not buy tickets on Travelis!!! The absolute worst service you are ever going to get and its a scam. If you buy a ticket and there is anything that goes wrong you will not get any help unless you pay even more than you did for the ticket. After reading the reviews about Travelis and RCG gruppen on trustpilot (its the same company) I deeply regret ever buying from this company because the number one goal in their business plan is to get as much money out of people as possible by using a combination of bad customer service and confusing terms and conditions.

Never use this site for tickets . They promote agencies like dreamworld travels ,which is the biggest scammers in travel world . And they have no customer care service either .Momondo will direct you to scammers and you will never get your money back. I just lost £1200 and my holiday is ruined too

A bunch of crooks. Reserved and paid in advance for a nice hotel in Athens, Greece via Momondo website. Arrived with disabled husband to find our reservation had been switched to another property miles away with piles of trash in back, prostitutes across the street, graffitied walls. Desk clerk said Momondo does this regularly. Called and complained to the website. They said they switched us to a "comparable property" without notifying us, allowable per company policy. Said they needed us to send pictures to prove it was horrid. Never heard back. Absolute nightmare. Ruined our once in a lifetime visit.
