Spontan, hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent!

Spontan bin ich mit dem Kinderrad meiner Tochter in den Laden gesprungen weil das Hinterrad nicht gut lief. Sehr freundlich wurde ich aufgenommen und es wurde sich ohne Zögern völlig selbstverständlich und hilfsbereit des Problems angenommen. Es wurden ein paar Schrauben gedreht und hier und da geschaut und das Problem war gelöst. Verlangt wurde nichts, ich hinterließ eine Spende in der Kaffeekasse über die sich gefreut wurde. Super Laden, freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit! Lieben Dank! Sehr empfehlenswert.

1. Service bei Momo ist gratis!

Am 09.08.25 haben Momo und sein Mitarbeiter den 1. Service an meinem Feldmeier-eBike durchgeführt. Und zwar gleich am Samstag. Gekommen - eBike-Service - alles ok. Krasser Gegensatz zu anderen eBike-Händlern, wo man das Bike zum Service abgeben und nach einigen Tagen wieder abholen muss. Noch besser: der 1. eBike-Service bei Momo ist GRATIS! Alles in freundschaftlich-kameradschaftlicher Atmosphäre. Besser geht es nicht! Danke, Momo!
