Can’t access their website at all it’s just GONE!
And….. I haven’t received my order. I did receive an email stating my payment was received and order was being shipped expect to receive it in 7-14 days.
I messaged customer service twice to request to be billed for a couple heat packs to be added to the live goods.
Never received a reply.
Not sure if I got scammed or not!
