Kate at Modern Memorials made all the difference for me in making this emotional purchase. I bought the "White Mother-of-Pearl Cremation Urn" and it's absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. It arrived quickly, was packed and shipped securely, and I appreciate that the name plate came separately so I could affix it on the side rather than the top where most are placed.

I was also looking for a travel urn and wanted very specific details to make transporting ashes around as easy and secure as possible. Kate did some research and put together a list of options that suited my needs and even found me an item that wasn't listed on her website. It was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I never would have known about it if Kate hadn't found it for me.

Obviously, I can't recommend Modern Memorials enough. It's the difference between working with a small business and an impersonal large company. Which is to say, all the difference in the world.

Purchased an urn back in September. The Urn was supposed to arrive before my wife’s celebration of life. I sent numerous emails and and calls. No response. Finally someone sent an email stating that they were sorry they could not fill my order in a timely manner. They stated that my money would be returned and that they would send me a free urn. To this day I have not received it! I have left VM as well as emails, and no response. I have since moved ( last week) and have heard nothing. Not a phone call or email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don’t answer the phone or respond to email. They touted customer service on their website but as far as I’m concerned they have none.

I purchased the Lavender Lacquered Wood pet urn and am very happy with it! It's more beautiful
in person than on the website! The engraving on the charm is perfect and the little bell is so cute!
Kate is very nice and helpful, also. I was kept informed by email as my order progressed and was
sent the tracking number once it was shipped. I highly recommend Modern Memorials.
