Use at your peril

Placed and order over a month ago for an item showing in stock.

A month later no goods, no refund, no response. If you call the customer service option note option 1 is English 2 I assume German yet the message doesn't indicate. You get through to 2 and they ask you to call back under 1. Then you wait and wait and wait. Made contact last week and was promised a Paypal refund yesterday and surprise surprise it has not arrived. Looks a big store but that is maybe the problem. Too corporate and no customer service. Stick with Ebay and people who need your custom. This outfit are jokers.
