No reply,no refund... nothing...the telephone number is out of use...what can I say...

Ordered a Robi Full Kit Robot on the 10th of January 2020 and I have still not received the item. I have been back and forth with a member of the team on Facebook but for the past 2 months I have been ignored repeatedly. I have had no update on this order and have no idea when this will arrive.

When I placed the order back in January, the expected delivery was between 3-5 days. As you can tell, it has been just over 5 months and still no sign of it.

If I could rate zero stars I would, please do not buy from this website as I have no idea of when I will receive my order. This is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with and I really hope I get an update soon.

UPDATE: Apparently they can’t locate an order for me which is laughable as I’ve been back and forth about my order to a colleague on Facebook. What a terrible excuse...
I’ve also been told that they still don’t have some parts for the order and that they are unsure of when they will be getting them.

It took ages for a reply from Modelspace more of the products are out of stock

HMS Bounty Admiralty subscription build.
Always on time debiting your bank account for payment. Packaging of product leaves alot to be desired. Open parts bags and not fully sealing shipping box, ie missing parts. Completed 11 out of 12 steps, waiting two weeks for last set of instructions and six weeks for a replacement part. Customer service is just all talk and no action. On the bright side, parts are a desent quality and the build is coming out great. What a shame!

I am tired of emails coming and going to get my refund for 2 undelivered boxes for a canceled subscription due to their inability of deliver to ROI residents after Brexit. This situation is happening since February and they don't give my refund. They keep asking over and over again for the same information and don't even read the history of all my emails sent to them. Terrible company! They are keeping a money that is not theirs for a product I've never received. I regret the day I bought from them. Don't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

DO NOT USE MODEL SPACE!! They take your money, nothing turns up, still waiting for 2 full kits, after 6 months and 4 months since ordering them. They NEVER answer the emails and you get no satisfactory answers when you ring. Complete waste of time and money and customer service is diabolical! Stay well clear!!!

Kit I'm building is simply excellent. On the occasions I've contacted customer service my query has been sorted within 5mins and then 10mins having a great general chat..lol, what a change from give us yer money and bye!

So having subscribed to the r2d2 build nearly 3 years ago I’m terrified that I have still two months of instalments to go and heard nothing from modelspace regarding my next delivery... I haven’t received the subscription “goodies” I’m a magazine short ... iv got over £800 of unopened parts waiting to start because I’m so scared it won’t ever be completed ... I warn anyone considering this company to stay away !!! Atrocious, scamming, don’t care, words really do fail me !!!!

Item not delivered after 4 weeks had to get a chargeback from my credit card company.

Ordered in Jan 2020 still nothing lots of correspondence from me and usual false promises of it 7 to 10 days away. I don't know why I bothered again, should if learnt my lesson last year when they kept my £1000 for six months before eventually refunding as out of stock.
STOP selling stuff if you don't have it!! Easy then you dont get such bad reviews, items you have are sent out and everyone happy Basic business principles surely??

Very good products but not the best when it comes to corresponding.

Having ordered Valentino Rossi Yamaha on 17/04/21 & having first payment taken on 27/04/21, I have still not received any items as of 22/05/21 despite your promise of delivery within 5 days of confirmation of order. I contacted you about this via your website on 12/05/21 & haven't received any reason or explanation just 2 emails to leave a review on how you did. Absolutely terrible customer service & would be zero stars if there was that option!!!!!

I received the first shipment of my Ford GT 40. There was only two parts and no paper/building manual. I hope I get it in the next shipment:-)

Don't know why I dealt with this company again, previously ordered a complete model kit and 4 months later I'm STILL owed parts despite many promises plus bad review left. Made a second mistake and subscribed to the Valentino Rossi bike build and nearly a month later have received NOTHING. The product is basically good, the customer service is NON EXISTENT!!. Buyer beware.

De Agostini is acting as an international company!
Your reaction that: you are are only responsible for UK is therefore unacceptable as well.
Please distribute my complain in De Agostini internally and after that send me a new qualified message!
