I purchased two Piquadro bags: the Dafne Computer Tote S Black and the Circle Tote 14" PlumPink, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience, from placing the order to receiving the delivery.
First of all, the prices are truly competitive, it's hard to find Piquadro products at these conditions anywhere else. Excellent value for money that really makes a difference.
Shipping was lightning fast: my bags arrived in just 24 hours, perfectly packaged. That kind of speed and care in handling orders is not always easy to find in online stores.
I also had the chance to contact customer service to ask about the color options for one of the bags, and they responded almost instantly, with a helpful and friendly reply. You can really feel the genuine attention they give to their customers.
I will definitely be shopping at modehearz again. I already have some gift ideas in mind to look for here. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves quality bags and accessories!

I bought a backpack from this German retailer trading in UK. I’ve never had such an awful quality rucksack !!
Brand name was Valentino, but for sure this was not a designer bag, just a cheap fake. One strap snapped after 2 weeks of use. It could not carry even normal items for work. Another strap snapped shortly after. Later the handle loop cracked. After I sent an image of faulty backpack, I was offered 20% discount to have it repaired. What ?
This is not a UK standard and not an ebay policy this seller supposed to follow.
After refusing to do this I was finally refunded. Customer service was helpful and the lady was responding to messages promptly.

Good evening! Delivery well received but have questions about delivery in Romania, fm Germany to Romania by DHL pass very fast but in Romania lost my data and mobile number In this case I had to look for the parcel and go to the main store to get it.

I bought a bag and the measurements was wrong on the website. Modeherz refuse to pay for the return cost that is around 25 euro.

I bought the Leonhard Heyden Roma 2 briefcase. What a nice product!

Before ordering, I read a lot of the reviews here on Trustpilot, and I have to admit that the fact that I found quite a few reviews reporting slow delivery, poor packaging, or even not having received anything, worried me, and I almost decided not to buy from here.

BUT I'M HAPPY I DID!

And the product was completely undamaged.

I'll be happy to buy from modeherz.de again.

I still haven't received my order after 25 days, but you have withdrawn the money.
The freight company that was responsible for the last part of the delivery has acknowledged that they cannot locate the package. Yet you have refused to cancel the purchase or send me a new item.
Customer service is lousy and I will now have to lodge an objection with the bank.

Really bad experience - I cannot recommend this company in any way.

Ordered from this shop Boss hat, it's never delivered, but they ask me to pay for without any legal proof of delivery. Bpost in Belgium just doesn't care about deliveries, they throw it wherever is easy or giving to random person then marking as delivered.
Order was made from bol.com where Modeherz shop selling their stuff, they began investigation last month and after just telling me, yes its delivered, you have to pay. Terrible shop.

Original and excellent quality bag, great customer service and interface, fast and reliable delivery. Highly recommend.

Very very poor packaging for the value of my purchase. The delivery took 18 days and even though I was charged €28 finally I received it myself from the post office.

Easy to order, payment solutions with guarantee, prompt delivery at decent fees.

No cooperation at all from customer service. No information about delivery when I placed my order, now because I’m not at home daytime to receive it my order will be returned. All they would need to do is give ok for DHL to send my order to a service point, but they refuse. First and last time I have anything to do with this company.

Never replies to ANY message.
Never replies on their phone line.

UPDATE
Finally replies to mails, but replies are extremely cryptic and unclear.

-I've put the wrong post code when I ordered on their website (product is now at a warehouse 40km away from my place)

-After talking with DHL only the sender had permission to edit this (they only had to send and email to request this change)

-After contacting their support, they refused to change the address stating that they simply cannot change this as they already sent the order.

-I re-validated with DHL and explained to them that they just needed to send an email to DHL so I can receive what I payed for, but they just kept replying the same automated message that didn't make sense.

-Very poor costumer support. I only ordered through this website cause it had good reviews on trustpilot. I'm sure these must be fake otherwise a simple problem like this would not be hard to fix.

P.S: If someone that actually cares for the business wants to help me fix this problem I'll edit this review. If not I'll make sure to show my discontent on your social pages.

The backpack is beautiful and arrived quickly, but the package should be padding, because when the other packages were placed on it at the post office, it was deformed - the empty space in the box collapsed.
