Not sure what's up with the negative reviews. Yes, during covid my order took quite a while but the owner was up front about shipping delays prior to ordering. I received my basket and loved it so much I ordered another and received it within 2 months time. I plan on getting another as a Christmas gift. Be patient, people. You honestly can't beat the prices and quality of the work.

Ordered in Februari, now 4 months later I haven’t recieved anything. Reading the stories below I realise it’s a scam website! Got exactly the same e-mails, saying my package is stuck in customs and that I can not get a refund as long as it’s stuck there. Filed a complaint at my VISA company and will alert the local authorities responsible for online fraud. So disappointed.

was going to buy from them but their prices were so, so low, i thought i better look them up. seems like since they don't perform, they price the items so low you think maybe you won't get ripped off and it will be worth it? not risking it based on everyone's reviews.

A scam. I haven't received my order in over ten months. That is not the timeline I agreed to when I checked out. They will not give a refund on my $632.70 order. The fake tracking numbers given show there's no package in the system. They have no proof they went to a post office. They claim to be from Africa, but the PayPal recipient name has Asian characters on the account name 秋山智. I asked them to recap what I ordered. They forgot to mention items: their cover-up was to claim that two of the woven hampers out of the five that I ordered haven’t been taken to the post office yet; their explication was that the last two items would be shipped separately after the first package arrives in the US - but again it has been over ten months and there’s no reason why both packages could not be shipped at the same time if they did ship. They would not show any photos of the baskets they made for my order, even though they should still have two of the items in possession if their story were true. This has been a headache and a lot of wasted life, time, and money.

Have not received my basket that I ordered more than two years ago. They have now stopped responding to my emails. Very disappointed as I thought I was supporting a fair trade business.

I purchased a basket from Mo Decor Arts in mid-September 2021 for about $160 CAD. It is now mid-August 2022 and still no basket. Every time that I get in touch with them, I am told that it is stuck at the post office and that it will ship soon. It has now been 11 months since ordering my basket and they have stopped responding to my messages since I have been asking for a refund. Looking at reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one who has fallen prey. I did get a few different employees phone numbers, so I will be sharing this information to try and put a stop to this so that they don't continue to prey on people!

Ordered a basket on Sept. 28, 2021, and low and behold - it actually did finally arrive 13 months later! If you have this long to receive your basket, go ahead and place your order.

A scam. Do not buy from this company. 8 months sincr purchasing online and still no basket. I sent several email since and always its coming - two more weeks- its stuck at the post office. NO ITS A SCAM. I will never get my ordered basket and they refuse to refund my money. So $140 is lost to the wind. Buying from Mo is throwing your money away. Its too bad. I was willing to spend fair trade prices for what looked great online and seemed like a good company. I was wrong. This is not a honorable buisness. Dont buy from this place!!!!

I have been waiting 7 months for my order. Every time I email them they just say they can't tell me when my order will come in. When I originally made the order I read that it would take possibly up to 5 months. Now they don't upkeep their end. I would not have ordered if it would be this much longer with no knowledge of when my order will ever come in. And it's not cheap so its not something you just want to lose your money. The costumer service does nothing to give you an actual date and help you receive your item. I will not be ordering from them again or recommending them to anyone if this is what we have to deal with.

Just as bad as the negative review below. Absolutely awful customer service and very shady company. Avoid at all cost!

I ordered a basket and it took 6 months no joke to receive it. The website originally said it should not take more than 3 weeks. When I contacted the website they kept making excuses and changing the date. Then they stopped responding all together. I finally had to file a dispute with my Credit Card. Then of course the seller writes me saying my basket is on its way!! and asked me to cancel this dispute. I said I will only cancel this dispute once I get the item. I finally received it and throughout all this the person behind this website is very unprofessional and spoke to me in the rudest ways. They eventually emailed me months after saying I stole from their company as my bank made a mistake of not releasing the funds. They need to work on their professionalism, communication skills, delivery in both words and product, and customer service skills. Extremely unorganized, a pain to deal with and shady. I would not recommend and will never buy from them again.
