No Delivery after 76 Days. Terrible Customer Service.
I placed an order on 18th July 2020 for a Carbon Fibre Front Lip for a Gen 2 Audi R8.
I received an order confirmation, advising that the expected shipping date was 4th Sept 2020.
As I had received no shipping confirmation by that date, I contacted the business to request a status update and shipping number.
I was advised by the Director of Sales & Distribution in a short email " We anticipate to have your order ready to ship really soon." No date was provided, and no shipping number was provided.
On 12th Sept, I responded to the email and request a date was provided. I was advised by MODE Carbon by short email "Sill in production" (sic).
On 14th Sept, I responded to the above email and again requested a date. I was advised by MODE Carbon by short email "Your order is on it's way!".
On 15th Sept, I responded and requested a tracking number, as I had been advised my order was 'on the way'.
On 16th Sept, MODE Carbon responded by short email stating "Update soon". On 16th Sept, I stated by email I looked forward to receiving the tracking number, to which MODE Carbon responded by short email "Update soon".
On 18th Sept, I once again requested a shipping number and estimated delivery date. MODE Carbon then responded, "Your order is still in production."
This back and forth then continued for another month, with continued evasion by MODE Carbon to provide a shipping number and estimated delivery date.
On 6th October I was advised by MODE Carbon "Your order is complete", and then on the 9th October I was advised 'Your order is on the way".
The above statements were the same statements provided on 18th September, and once again there has been no communication of shipping number and no delivery date provided.
I have provided numerous opportunities for MODE Carbon to remedy this situation, however, as evidenced above they are failing to provide any evidence that my order is indeed in production or indeed has been shipped.
There is an increasing number of individuals who have faced the same issue with MODE Carbon.

The communication of this company is utterly unprofessional, and I am now working on the basis that I have been scammed.
I will be taking action accordingly, and I encourage others to do the same.
