They provided shoes and clothes that were both cheap prized and cheap quality. I was OK with that, and have used modatoi for years.

However, my return was only partially refunded and I contacted them. Nouara again promised to check it with the guy who handled my return. However, they never answered, and somewhere at april-may 2018 their website disappeared. Updating of facebook has stopped also in april2018. Total silence without explanation.

I think something's gone wrong with modatoi under their new company infinepassion. Either it is now sadly a scam or something has horribly gone wrong. I ordered a pair of shoes, was told my delivery address was a problem and thus the shoe was returned to sender. I have asked for a refund and it's been two months now and the site has gone mute. I can't even access my account because the site's been down for a month now and I can't make a complaint. I need my money back and I haven't got a clue who to call or complain to!!

I have placed this order since last year 14/10/2017 till now I haven't received the delivery I have called your customer service but nobody picks up the phone I been sending emails back and forth with your colleague called Jeff Noura and we seem not getting anywhere. The last email she let me know that the parcel was sent but haven't received it I have requested to be refunded she telling me it is not possible what time of policy your company uses because it has been 6 months I been waiting for delivery till now nothing and if I don't send any emails I wouldn't get any information you. I want someone to look into it. please.

I have ordered many pairs of shoes from Modatoi over the last few years and the quality, price and service has always been 5 star. Maybe their business has gone under if service levels have been slipping -if so that's really sad as this was the world's best kept secret

All the times I bought shoes from Modatoi, I've had excellent service. Not sure what all these not so good latest reviews are. I have tried to go on their website but it appears their UK site does not exist anymore, you only buy in Euros and from the French site.

Bought shoes worth £65 till date no delivery. Called severally no answer. Sent messages via email no response. Pleeeaaase don't waste your money.
This people are exploiting innocent people.

I buy all my shoes from modatoi too it was good all my friends like my shoes but in April I ordered shoes .only got one of 7 I send email but nothing call but no answer. I think I can say bye to my money. Please think before you buy from modatoi too

Have bought many items from these over the last couple of years with quick delivery and great items. Unfortunately I ordered another pair of shoes April 22md 2017 and nothing. Emailed 6 times, tried calling the number which just says contact us through our social
Media which I did. 6 times maybe more 😏 Still no replies from them at all. Really disappointed. I have now put a dispute in which I am waiting on the response from my cc company.

I placed an order on 22nd April and still have not received it. I have sent 4 emails chasing it and have had no reply, posted on their fb wall and tried to call. It's an international number and it just goes to a voicemail saying they are busy. The way I see it they have stolen my money and could be scamming on the phone calls too.

The shoes were stiff and unwearable what happens all the time but the company policy to not refund immediately and make you pay £10 to return the item is wrong.Not recommended

Was a little hesitant as never heard of these guys before, but reviews seemed good. Got my delivery, packaged well, so far, pened and tried on, and i am over the moon with my purchase, what great look, great value and made really well. Def recommend!

ordered for delivery to hertfordshire england delivery states 3 days on website its been 8 days still no sign of them but tracking info thats in french says they are now in uk, just a shame they taking so long im hoping they have given me correct style and size

I have bought several pairs of shoes / sandals from Modatoi over the last year, and find the quality excellent and also find them really comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Ignored all correspondence about shoddy goods...poor quality and poor service

They have wide range of fabulous models match those in high streets so I bought 7 shoes but the quality is very bad also the high heels are not comfortable in walking (unbalancing) my shoes still new I used each high heals shoes one time only, I cant wear it more, and for low heals the quality very bad after about four wears from inside (above the heals) it became very painful and uncomfortable.

I don't know why people are complaining on here! This website is great!
It has a huge range of shoes. Their quality is easily equal to any high street store in the UK.
I have ordered multiple times from this site and have no complaints.
The shoes are mostly between £20-£30, which is exceptional as the designs are so beautiful. You'd expect to pay a lot more on the high street for these designs.
One of my favourite pairs of shoes is from this website!
I have never bought clothing from the website. Some items look a bit tacky and I've never seen anything that I really wanted.
I would definitely buy from them again and I would recommend them.

After 40 day I've my heel was completely broken, impossible to repair.
I've contacted them even sending a picture of my boots.
Their reply was as follows: "Please note that we sold more than 150 pairs of this reference and we had no complaint at all.
When there is a manufacturing defect on an item, we do receive many comments/ complaints.
Therefore, I regret to inform you that we can not take responsibility for this occurrence."

I can't understand how do they treat with their clients. Not raccomend at all

After reading reviews on this site I was hesitant on placing an order so just got one pair of boots for my girlfriend as a test.

Have to say the postage was very quick 3 days max! The quality of the boots is excellent and most importantly the girlfriend is very happy!

I have now placed a second order for one of her Christmas presents and will use this company again.
