We love the Modani furniture!

Store manager in Jacksonville FL (Cammy) is also very good to work with.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a couch and bought a warranty. The couch slants. A tech came out and told me the foam in the frame was not good. Customer service told me they can’t help me. DO NOT BUY FROM MODANI. terrible and Gary is unhelpful

Jenece provided excellent customer service support

Jenece provided clear guidance on what to do in order to rectify an issue we had with a piece of Modani furniture that was recently delivered. Everything went smooth and without any hassle. With customer service like that I am sure that I will be a repeat customer.

Great Customer Service

I have bought a number of furniture pieces from Modani and so far I have been very well taken care of with any issues I had after furniture gets delivered. Jenece from After Sales Customer Service has been very helpful with it. Modani has nice contemporary furniture and I will definitely be buying from Modani again.

I bought a white sectional with an…

I bought a white sectional with an ottoman, when they delivered the sofas and ottoman, it came dirty and scratched. The delivery company said take a picture an they'll come and clean it and replace any damaged item. The person came and cleaned it but the material was damaged, like it was dragged on the floor. We contacted the company and send pictures and showed the damage. Modani said it was to cleaned and the material is to their standards, but their standards are very low because they refuse to change a cushion. All that needed changing was the cloth cover for the ottoman cushion, but they refuse and the customer service manager just said return the item and pay the 35% restocking fee. No solution to the damaged cloth. Over a month and no solution.

Modani Dallas store

We went to the Modani Dallas store to buy furniture for our Media and Game room. It took us 10 minutes to decide as we are the types that don’t annoy the sales folks. Gee the sales rep sends us the furniture and when we open the package it was the wrong color! I mean we showed her photos of our carpet and Zee was like you need a gray color set and we agreed, and she sends us a white color furniture! We immediately called the store and spoke to the Manager Lacey asking us why you not opened the package before it was delivered! Anyways we wanted a even exchange and go to the store make it easy for them and pay for the gray color furniture! So, at this point we are already down $6000 K! and when they deliver the furniture, they slapped a delivery fee! We called them and asked them why we should be paying a delivery charge when they did not charge the first time! Lacey tried to pin the blame on us and asked us to contact customer service (Gary). At this point we realized we were getting kicked around. All we wanted was to buy some furniture and these guys made a mess of it! The entire process lasted 6 weeks! They can sure forget about us going back to eh store to buy the media room furniture. Never again!
