We are so happy with Mod! We’ve been doing alot of furniture and lights shopping and could not find any light that was both aesthetic and modern. We stumbled on Mod and got the Emma chandelier. The light ended up being even better in person! This chandelier is everything! It brightens the entire room and creates such an elegant ambiance. We are in love and couldn’t be happier! Horrible experience - modlighting is unethical
Horrible experience. I purchased a 5-ring black “Janet,” & a 3-ring black Janet for over $1000. They sent me the 5-ring in Gold, not in black, then took two weeks to send another while they “researched what the issue was.” After hours of emails and phone calls, they finally sent the firing I requested in black, only it was cool, white light as opposed to warm white as I had ordered. I have now sent them over four photos of the mistake and once again they refuse to correct the problem and send me a black five ring, Janet and warm white! I have sent them as stated previously numerous photos and they responded with “The Team is researching your complaint.” The original order was placed in mid May and we’re now moving into late June. These people are beyond unethical and I am telling you not purchase anything from them. There is obviously no quality control within the organization and it is absolutely pathetic.

Purchased 8 light fixtures for my home theater. They sat in box for almost a year before they were ready to install. Finally installed and they work perfectly. Top quality, function perfectly. And to top it off I needed to control all 8 at the same time with one remote and they walked me through the process to program remote immediately on a Sunday morning. Could not ask for better service, and product support.

First of all, the importance and the meaningful of this light in front of my house.
I bought it in the beginning of December 2023, but I waited until December 24, to set it up. That was wonderful and up to now I kept receiving compliments about it. Is that amazing?
Of course, it is and that's why I want a second one,but much bigger than the first one. If it were not for my wife , I would have bought three more. For now, she doesn't want to exceed two of them and I hope I can convince her to get some more for the next Christmas season.
