Really great financial advices

When I discovered Moby is app only on day one of installing, I cancelled as I work in an area personal devices are not allowed due to security and I asked for a refund. Next day I received an understanding response and acknowledged to return payment. Four emails and a month later and I still have not received payment, only delay tactic emails. I have no expectation at this point they will replace my funds. AVOID... Owner told me he would refund and make it right. Two weeks later after I removed dispute and still no refund from Moby. I had to re-open the dispute. RUN!

Moby took my money and isn’t replying. I got charged $180 even though I have never subscribed to a paid Moby plan. In fact, their website doesn’t even feature a pricing plan this expensive. No-one is answering my emails.

I don’t even know how they got my CC details. There is no subscription confirmation email in my inbox.

If Moby does the right thing and refunds the charges, I will happily edit this review. But currently Moby is looking ugly. For now, STAY AWAY FROM MOBY!!!

edit. Thanks Moby for replying to my comment BUT STILL NOT MY EMAILS ?? I repeat that I have never signed up for a paid Moby subscription and there is no confirmation email or receipt in my inbox. Nor do you have that because that doesn't exist. I think I signed up to be a free user some years ago when you were only getting started. This is how you thank me. And this is the customer experience I get - I'm mad you're taking my money and still you're not replying to my emails. Shame on you.

More time to do my business, don’t need to follow all latest news

Great webpage. I enjoy following them on Instagram for almost daily information updates and investment ideas. For more detailed information you can get the premium plan. For me as a beginner in the investment world, those detailed reports are very helpful and making me look at various, very different, companies.

Honest proper service. Had other subscriptions and none worked as Moby. Results so far are good and can really recommend Moby and its service. Their new app works amazing as well.

Moby gives great info on the stock market. Serious topics are always peppered with light-hearted humor to make articles easy to read, relatable and contains a wealth of information. I also love how Moby posts are in colorful yet clean graphics. Great stuff!

Moby provides a lot of information summarized about companies in a few paragraphs and shares their expertise on when great buying opportunities arise.
