When I placed my order, I asked for extra packing bean that it was coming international I received it today. The boxes was wet punctured none whatsoever packing just the box itself. I made a video so I can send it to you if you’d like to see it very disappointed. I just hope it works.

I wrote you because I wanted to return the backpack as it is not so big as it was said, but I got no answer at all.

Had very good experience with the customer service. It is easy to reach Mobisun on the phone indicated in their website. The order was followed by an email from the business owner. In fact it’s great that the company website has info about people behind the business, their linked in profiles, etc. Important decision factor for me was that it is a European /Dutch company; since I live in the Netherlands I can easily contact them if there are any issues with the product. The power station we got from Mobisun was sent to my friends in Ukraine (the country is suffering from big power shortages due to the russian bombings). So far ( couple of weeks) no issue with the products.

I made an order, paid for delivery to Ukraine to an unoccupied territory far from hostilities, where the post office delivers, but it turned out that it does not deliver to Ukraine. It was very unfortunate, especially since I really need a battery if the russians are going to launch missiles at critical infrastructure objects again. I had to organize delivery with transfers by myself. Although the product itself is of very high quality. Would be nice if you indicated on the site the current information about the delivery.

So i just bought myself a 1500wh solar generator from Mobisun. The generator seems fine and in good and sturdy quality. I cannot give 5 stars as i have not yet testet it over time...

Also i would like to add their customer support have been VERY responsive and forthcoming. By mistake i was charged the VAT even though i purchased this from Norway and thus outside EU. This ment that i suddenly found myself double taxed.

Mobisun, and Peter Klaren, emidiatly responded upon my inquiry and refunded the 21% VAT. In my humble opinion the mark of a good company is not if they never make mistake. Its about how they handle things when it happens.

I had a connection issue with a solar panel and a power generator. The team of mobisun did everything they could to solve the problem. Great job!

Works great and charges my MacBook pro 16" with 100W as promised.

I used the mobisun solar panel during a bicycle tour in Morocco. It worked perfectly for me. Either using it stationary or strapped to my tent-bag on the rack of my bicycle. It generated enough power for my iPhone X and a Garmin gps device. Great panel! I also liked the way it is designed, lightweight with the zipped pocket on the back, plus the 4 mounting holes on each corner! Only the 4 heavy duty steel snap hooks are totally over sized and way too heavy!

Great product and fast shipping. Well packaged arrived sooner than expected.
