Highly recommended.
Swift action for price offer,postage label,received,checked,payment confirmed. Price less than initial offer for excellent condition.Although kept in a phone case from new,there were scratches from removing from the case. Faint scratches on screen,and rust on usb socket. Not visible with the naked eye,or reading glasses,but brilliant white light at arms length (AI)

I ordered for iPhone 17 since 7th of…
I ordered for iPhone 17 since 7th of July. Till now is not yet arrived. On online order it said it will be delivered the following day,which royal mail said the phone was lost. Due to this if you can change from royal mail to another reliable and efficient service.

I am sorry to hear that there was a delay on your order. I have looked into this and can see that there was a delay with processing the network approval. Due to this there is a possibility that the handset was no longer in stock, as placing the order does not allocate a handset.

They sell US import phones
They sell US import phones, so good luck getting any replacement parts through your insurance - even cracked screens. They dont tell you about this either so unless you know to check, you wont know until you try and have it fixed and the engineer tells you! This is why you might have trouble getting consistent 5G signals or even decent wifi etc.

Will happy sell you a phone that wont work
I purchased a reconditioned iphone for my teenager.
The phone continually drops signal and the camera does not work properly. When I had it looked at at a apple store I was advised they couldn't repair it as it is an American phone. I have looked through my contract plus my T&Cs and cannot see anywhere that it states I won't get a useable phone due to its regional settings!
In the interim, the glass back of the phone was broken, Mobile phones direct are unwilling to even look at the phone or exchange for an english one that can actually be used, as the broken glass means it is not eligible to be repaired.
If I have the phone repaired elsewhere, I have only been told that they 'should' accept it to be repaired. Though in a previous conversation I was told that this would also make the phone ineligible for repair as the warranty has been voided by a 3rd party repair.
Overall very disappointing service and I'm now stuck with a useless phone that I have to pay for for another 18m. I would not recommend this company at all.

I understand your frustration regarding the issues you experienced with the handset, including the signal and camera concerns. I appreciate that being advised by Apple that they could not support the device due to its regional specifications was disappointing.
Unfortunately, any accidental or physical damage falls outside the terms of the warranty and voids warranty coverage. As a result, we are unable to carry out warranty repairs, exchanges, or further assessment of the device while that damage is present.
I appreciate that you've received information regarding third-party repairs. To clarify, repairs carried out by an unauthorised third party can also affect warranty eligibility. While repairing the damage independently may address the physical condition of the handset, we cannot guarantee that the device will qualify for warranty support afterwards.

Order came and all fine but now coming…
Order came and all fine but now coming to try and resell phone. In amazing condition but it is deemed as faulty because the handset isn't a UK iPhone... so it's worth nothing. This wasn't disclosed when buying, and I was charged the same as if it was a UK handset.
DON'T buy from them.
And to your response - I have already contacted your customer service dept. About this issue and your offer of ‘help’ was sending me a link to an informations page. That is not help. Yes it was an old contract but I did not know the handset was non UK and that I would have an issue down the line. I also have no proof that that page would have been available at my time of purchase.
Also, you may wish that I respond and give you info but I am not ‘required’ to do anything. So you may want to adjust your tone/wording. I can leave a review that tells the truth of my experience, whether you like the outcome or not.
And I have responded yet you have suddenly gone all quiet. Umm. And my review is at risk of being removed - very impartial review process we have here. Take note buyers/reviewers.

This is my 3rd phone from Mobile Phones Direct. As usual the service was wonderful. I spoke to Pearl who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Less than 12 hours later my phone is on its way! Yet again 10/10 experience!
