I payed extra for my item to be delivered within 2 days and it arrived after 5 days. I asked for a refund of the delivery extra charge and they refused to do it blaming Evri the delivery company. In conclusion you won't know what to expect from this company when buying on their website.

Terrible. Placed an order 2 day's ago, still not been posted.

My recent review was about a pixel case I did not realise it was a olixar pen the pen is good quality it does not work with the pixel it won't connect and how do you charge it with a pixel

I am giving one star, as this is the minimum allowable. Ordered a backpack from this company, which was delivered promptly, and looked good value for money. Unfortunately, upon examination, it was clear that it was damaged (internal tear). I contacted MF the same evening, and was promised a response within 48 hours. I have still not received any response or acknowledgement, three weeks later. I have since returned the damaged backpack, but have not even received any refund.
Absolutely appalling customer service. A total of 4 emails and DM's on X have all gone ignored

I have requested a refund several times using the online form and email with no responses. An item I bought is faulty.

Unable to complete check out error forbidden page, unable to contact company raised a ticket no response.

Absolute rubbish, it's impossible to order you just get 'access forbidden' to basket or checkout.

Cant place orders with MobileFun you just get an error code saying forbidden page. Customer Services do not respond to messages and emails and no refund has been received for my returned items. Have now put in a claim with paypal as i think they may have stopped trading

Have also been unable to place orders with MobileFun, getting error 403 Forbidden message when trying to checkout. Have ordered from in past with no issues, but never had to contact Customer Services before, however no response from them about this problem. Are they still trading? And are others experiencing the same issue?

Waste of time as tried multiple times to check out my basket same error kept coming up 403 forbidden you do not have permission to access this resource. Emailed company no reply received so bought my stuff elsewhere that had a working website.

DO NOT ORDER any official APPLE accessories including cable from this site. It is fake. and they send in a plastic bag not original apple packaging. no way to reach the customer service. sent mails twice , no response

Looking for a wireless charger for my Samsung Galaxy A 34 found this site which sted that their charger would fit and work with my phone.
No chance! Total waste of time and money.

I haven't received the item.Their website for customer service is impenetrable. I just go round in circles.

I ordered a wireless charger for my Samsung Galaxy.They said it would work with the model number.It did not work so I tried sending it back.The two ways of sending it back did not work either and the charger was returned by Royal Mail.Then I found out that my Samsung could not be used with a wireless charger.You have to buy an adaptor to make it work .Avoid this company

Product didn't fit the phone that it was listed to fit. Company continues to spam me despite me asking to be unsubscribed. Avoid.

I am a repeat customer but haven't used Mobile Fun in just over a year. I was very wary after reading recent reviews. So I placed a small order, rather than everything I wanted in case it didn't arrive.
The good arrived quickly, and it was no different to my previous experiences, so I am happy to use them again.

I bought what I thought was a genuine Samsung Phone charging cable.

When it arrived it was obvious that it was fake and poor quality.

Buyer beware, this company cannot be trusted to sell u genuine products
