I loved working with this company. They took a 70 year old technically challenged girl and walked me through the process until we reached the finish line. The Marsid M&M Group provided exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end of my order. I even reordered a second batch of the product within a month or two. I could not find any company to produce a customized Coupon Book for our practice. All books I found online had a pre-set number of pages. I only needed x12 pages as I wanted a coupon for every month within the year + a cover page. They gave me a very reasonable estimate, I provided my own high resolution graphics. The proofing process with simple & straight-forward. The communication was easy & helpful. The shipment was received very quickly. Even with a quantity error issue, The Marsid M&M Group resolved it with a quick secondary shipment & even a discount for the trouble. We lost our coupon books somehow, & they gave us a discount for our OWN error when we reorded. Highly recommended for this customized printing.
