Very quick to take your money but deliver zero in return. There is no live support and all 6 or 7 of my emails were ignored. NO commnication whatseover but they still have my money. DO NOT use this scam website.

The company take the money and nothing happened. No live support, no e-mail answer nothing. I will go to the police for this fraud. And make all is needed to close this scam company.

No key, no money, no response.

After paying for the order, they asked for payment verification.
After that - silence. I have been waiting for any information from them for many days. With carging my card they were way faster.

Waiting days for KCD2 Key. No response. Lastly Paypal was removed as payment method. suspicious

Edit: mmoga send me my money back. but still support could be better. So there was NO Ripoff.

Nothing happend, no response. The last years, everything was fine. And now? Waiting for my refund or my delivery

Its a scam, got charged but no product delivered. Site needs to be reported to the authorities!

I purchased '1x WoW - Gamecard Prepaid 60 days [US] Seller: unlimitedkeys' on Thursday, January 16, 2025, and I still haven’t received my product. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating:

'Unfortunately, there were some fraud cases in the form of chargebacks on our platform lately.
The seller has not authorized your payment.
Your payment and order cannot be processed without verification.
Because of this, we ask you to send your telephone number to verify your order.
Please follow the link and proceed with the verification process. Once we receive your telephone number, you will be called within 5 minutes.'

They are stating that I havent been charged but my Bank clearly confirmed me that I have been charged and I havent got it back yet.

I have tried multiple times to complete the verification process, but I have not received a phone call. Additionally, since then, I have been unable to reach customer service despite sending three emails. I have also attempted to cancel my order to request a refund, but no one in the company seems to care.

Frankly, this feels like a scam, and I feel completely misled and ignored.

Payment "failed", money is gone, no key received. Happed the second time and theres no working support.

Service has been poor, ordered deluxe version of a game to play it early, to not receive the code, I've emailed and had no reply, the live chat is never online either, emailed to get a refund and most likely will not get a reply off that either.

I've tried two times to purchase an item - payment via instant bank transfer - two times charged to my bank account but the payment "failed" - The Live Support is offline for two days straight now... NO HELP NO MONEY NO ITEM

Got the game cheeper and it was almost instant on my gmail, so i have no regrets using mmoga

Ordered in game currency, did not get my items even though they advertised it 1-24 hours, have waited for 4 days and nothing. Prices on market are gone now so even if I get my currency it is too late. Contacted support and still no answer for 2 soon 3 days.

I have order a one month of game pass ultimate for my Xbox account. For no reason they would like me to send them my ID for validation process which I did right away. My order was on 26 of December, I have send them multiple emails without any response, and my order is still pending! The transaction is now completed, and still no response at all.

I would never buy anything there again. I bought crypto voucher on 28.12 and used Sofortüberweisung for the payment. After I placed the order, I was simply sent a confirmation and the money was debited. I then received a request for verification. I had to send my ID and photos of myself with the ID. I complied with this request and have not heard anything since 28.12 and have not received any codes! I wrote to support on 29.12, 30.12 and 31.12 and received no response. It is simply ridiculous that no verification is requested during the ordering process, the money is debited and then the vouchers are not issued.

I bought a key on 14.12.2024 with a delivery of 1-24h.
After a day I contacted the support and they told me to wait another 1-72h, which I did.

Update 27.12.2024: Since than I got no more answers nor the key. Also on the store page it now says, that the key is not available.....

Money seems to be gone, but I still hope it has to do with the holidays...
