Went to the Melbourne store to try on…
Went to the Melbourne store to try on some bag mitts as seen on the website.
No stock. Asked for help and was told they only have what’s on display. I chose the wrong gloves. Double checked later and the mitts I wanted were in stock, called the store who would not do an interstore transfer- told me to order online and pay for postage myself. This also required me to visit the store for return and refund of the original gloves. What I ended up with are perfect- just a really poor customer journey.

If you're even unhappy with a product we'll organise a free return for a refund or exchange.
You're right about the leather on the LX Series it is all unique batches that change with each factory run. So we can't get you the same batch from last time.
