One of worse online stores I ever bought merchandise They overcharge shipping and will remove a indecent shipping charge to any order. Return one kid shirt due to size and was charged more than $20 in shipping charges. Avoid at all costs
Order confusion
Placed an order, was charged twice the amount, never received an emailed confirmation and when I went the website to figure out if I screwed up it had no record of the sale. Live chat is a joke. Never again. Third party is much more reliable.
Be aware the MSL store
Be aware the MSL store advertise 'easy return of merchandise" but they will charge you almost half the cost to return the item. I will not buy from them again. I suggest you stick with department stores.

I genuinely wish there was a zero stars option. On February 5th, I ordered a men's authentic Nashville SC away jersey... 4 MONTHS AGO.
I had talked with customer service 3 separate times over the last two months. They told me they had no idea where it was the entire time. "The warehouse will updated us eventually".
Today, 6/9, a woman's cut jersey arrived. That's when I lost my cool. Once again, customer service can't help because "they will get an update from the warehouse eventually". No help whatsoever and obviously a terrible logistics system. Terrible customer service. No help and I still don't have what I ordered 4 months later.

I ordered a hat and it came bent. It looked like it had been worn. Honestly I don't feel like going through the hassle to return it. I will never order anything from them again. This is one of the worst customer experiences that I have had. The website did not accept the discount code which had invented me to shop in the first place. I really wanted the sweatshirt, so I went ahead anyway.
It was very difficult to find any way to communicate with customer service. When I finally got to a "live chat" I was told they were busy and someone would contact me. That was 4 days ago.
I will never shop on this site again.

My son wanted a jacket from here. I ordered one and received an email it was on back order. It offered me the opportunity to cancel so I did. This jacket was ordered mid to late December. It's now mid January. When I called for my money, I am calling India and given excuse after excuse. Just hung up with a "supervisor" who said he will process the refund. He would not give me an explanation as to why it had not been previously processed after my first call. But, I have to wait another (up to) seven business days for my money. And, he can't send me an email confirmation regarding the cancellation or refund until their bank sends the money to my bank. WTH, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
I was very disappointed with my order
I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered an AUTHENTIC LA Galaxy jersey for my boyfriend, and as soon as he wore it once, the printed name on the back of the jersey started peeling off. I got in touch with customer service and they directly provided me with a refund. I explained to them it wasn't just about the money but also about the quality of the product. I was very disappointed because I made my sister get it from the US all the way to Lebanon and I just ended up with a low quality "authentic" jersey and a refund.

Ordered Sounders gear for daughter and her family 9/29/19. Game was 10/6. They received three of the shirts by the week after the game Had to call and get the other shirt sent (company said they sent it but they did not). It is scheduled to arrive 11/4/19 (they say). I had to order kids shirts from Amazon two days before the game which arrived in time for the kids to wear them. Would never order from this company again.

Order something but don’t expect to ever receive it. Ordered a new player jersey 2/11/19 after delay after delay offered expedited shipping on 3/21/19 - a week or so later still not shipped so I cancelled.
Second jersey ordered 10/11 for playoff - expected ship date was yesterday, a day AFTER the first playoff game and I’m sure it won’t be here by second playoff game. Probably be cancelling again.
Can someone let this company know they should actually be making jerseys- not sure what they’re doing but there’s a problem. They’d better value their exclusivity deal because competition would shut them down.
UPDATE - They've sent an email it's been shipped. Thanks - really useful since we lost in the playoffs last week. Another great transaction MLS store.(that's sarcasm - I'd give you zero stars if possible). My only regret is not cancelling the order.
Does not meet delivery commitments
Placed an order on October 13 and paid for 2 day expedited delivery. I have now received notification that it will be delivered on October 23 (That is 8 business days which is more than 2).
I had wanted the clothing for a game on October 19. So I called to see if they could assist. The answer was the delivery is within acceptable time frame and they would not do anything to speed it up.
