Asked customer service to help me with…
Asked customer service to help me with a return and it was a terrible experience. I asked them if they could reserve the size I wanted and they said no that I had to replace the order myself. Then I asked if they could help with my return and they said I would have to pay for the shipping and initiate the return on my own. Basically no help whatsoever and had to do everything myself in the end including pay for return shipping which was 12€ and crazy expensive for just one shirt.
