I thought I'd give something different a go, it got to the point where I had done so much online shopping and I came across these guys Tiktok with their Mystery Boxes so I thought I'd suprise myself!

It made sense, Older Vintage Clothing that are hard to find and the chance to get a variety of different styles or brands at a pretty fair price.

I put in an order and specified my size through Instagram as it can be quite different depending on Brand and Material and I found their responses to be really helpful.

I got my box today and opened up a Ralph Lauren Shirt, Tommy Hilfiger Sweater which were fantastic in of itself, a nice Adidas Tracksuit jacket and an interesting Puma one as well.

For £90 that is a decent haul especially considering that there are North Face items up for grab too.

I think for those days where even I'm not sure what clothes to buy, I will probably come back to MJV, I have already put in an order for their designer box, looking forward to see what I get this time around, great idea, great service and excited for their free MJV Hat as well :)

This is my second review now as my original issue still hasn’t been resolved! I’ve emailed numerous times asking for an update but haven’t had a response. The lady seems nice and caring to be fair to her but since then I’ve had no communication on my exchange and it’s been over two weeks. I’m keeping the faith as the quality of the items are really good but the lack of communication with customers is slightly worrying.

I ordered a mystery box on 24th Nov, wasn’t supplied with any shipping info so I contacted them on 6th Dec asking when to expect the delivery.
They sent me an email with a tracking number so I tracked the order and it said it had been delivered on the 3rd but not to me (it said delivered to a different house number). I went to that house and they said they hadn’t taken any deliveries for me. I contacted Royal Mail and they confirmed the GPS coordinates weren’t for my address and so maybe the parcel has been stolen. I filed a lost report with them and they said to contact MJ Vintage for a refund.
So I did, and I sent several (6) emails but received no reply. They literally blanked me and are still blanking me because I’ve asked for a refund. They didn’t even send me an email to say they’d even bother to look into it.
I paid £50 plus postage and I haven’t got the order - that’s so unfair and ridiculous.
Really bad customer service and £50 down the drain - an overall really awful experience.
I really wouldn’t bother buying from them - they come across as great people on their TikTok when they’re trying to persuade you to spend money but absolutely awful people when you contact them about a problem.

Wanted some nice vintage Ralph bits as a prezzie for a mate but didn't want the tired old clobber so many other places put out - was super pleased with the result! Really high quality goods, went back for another box and got a nice variety and super good communication when I had an issue with the tracking info - 10/10 will buy again 👍

I ordered my mystery box at the end of November and had to wait a little bit due to the Royal Mail strikes so it wasn’t their fault and they were very polite and reassured me my order would arrive soon. I got the £90 designer mystery box and it was like they knew me when picking out these items !!!! The jacket and sweatshirt fit my colour scheme and vibe perfectly. So impressed with the quality and what I got for the money considering they are vintage used items. Will be recommending to all my friends to support this small business

Sickest clothes and great customer service!

I ordered the Double Nike item mystery box as a little Christmas present to myself after seeing their videos on Tiktok. I was really unsure of what I would receive but I loved the idea of the surprise! I was so shocked and happy with the vintage Nike sweatshirt and Nike hoodie that was picked for me and have made all my friends jealous! I will definitely be ordering some more boxes again in the future! Thanks guys!

I’m so pleased with what I got. Took a bit longer but that was because of Royal Mail but was so worth the wait. Will recommend this company to my friends and family. Perfect for gifts too 🙂

Such a lovely business. Ordered the double jacket mystery box and took a little longer than expected but that was because of Royal Mail. Answered any questions I had and were extremely nice and good at communicating. Got two really nice jackets (1 was a puffer). That’s winter sorted. Thanks guys will be shopping here again. Awesome!

Can’t recommend this company enough. I ordered a designer mystery box and was so happy when I received it. You can tell the staff really care about what they do. The products were amazing and they came in a lovely personalised package with a business card, sweet and a lenor sheet which made my clothes smell lovely. Will deffo buy from here again. Highly recommend

Standard of items I received was below par. No replies to emails I’ve sent well over 48 hours now. Why isnt the address listed on the website for returns ?Customer Service is shocking. Disappointed.

Ordered over a month ago and still not recived an order

Very good experience took longer than expected but that’s due to Royal Mails current strike ,received an item which I stated I didn’t want that brand but they swiftly responded with offering compensation of a free item and to keep my current two, overall good experience and service Will definitely buy again 👍

Ordered the £90 mystery box, which included a smart TH shirt & smart Ralph Lauren thin jacket - but I was hoping for a much warmer coat for winter work. Raised it, and was going to send back for a refund - and try again - but they sent out an extra item, a big coat, free of charge to save the hassle. So pleased with the service and the coat is here just in time for the snow ❄️

Ordered £90 two piece designer mystery box and the £50 5 tees mystery box. The 5 tees for £50 was actually really good value for money and I'm quite happy with it. It was massively let down by the designer box though, while the pieces I got were ok, they nowhere near justify the £90 price tag, little bit disappointed. Going to try another well known (and cheaper) vintage store to compare.

Even though I know it’s a mystery box,I would still like better products or the same that are posted on your page. Not bad but not good either

Got the £90 box. Two great quality pieces of clothing. They went really well together and showed the staff put some thought into the package.
Contents’ valued at more than the box so great value.
