What a great experience, Matthew made the process of buying a new car easy, as an electric sceptic he took the time and trouble to explain the benefits and allowed me to drive the car for a considerable time in order to fully appreciate the driving experience.

The car was valeted to a high standard, fully charged and given a thorough inspection prior to my collection.

At no time did I feel pressured or rushed, I look forward to enjoying being electrified.

I highly recommend MJA to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

Having been extremely pleased with my previous car from MJA they were the obvious place to begin looking for the next one. The wide choice of vehicles were nicely displayed and presented and as they were mostly unlocked it was very easy to compare different makes and models. I can honestly say that i would buy another car from MJA. Matthew was happy to explain how everything worked inside the car, before I drove it off the forecourt. He took me out on two test drives on the car I purchased and was happy to move another car from his other show room for me to test. Every thing was completed within a short time frame. All the staff I met while spending time buying my car were friendly and helpful.

Very helpful, no pressure/hassle, car sale. Any issues spoken about pre sale, were all sorted for day of pick up. Very pleased with new car.

The car details were set out clearly on the vehicle, the pricing seemed reasonable, the service was excellent from the first viewing/test drive, through to delivery (we were staying just down the road from the garage in Walton). The sales manager, Matt, went the extra mile, very professional, and we are very pleased with our new vehicle.

Bought my car from Rob at MJA and a lovely experience overall. Courteous, professional, punctual, honest and accommodating. Rob was very kind and came in on a day off, as there were train strikes, so I could collect my car. Not just a “here’s the key” …full show around and how everything works. I don’t think I even got that when I bought new! I did have a fault but John sorted things out and it was booked into a local garage and …hey presto …all resolved. A really great team who make you feel welcome …no pushiness and look to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended and wish them well.

As this was the first car we have bought from MJA we thought the service was great, no pressure to buy from our salesman Peter. Car was in excellent condition when we went to pick it up and so far very pleased with it.

The whole process of buying the car was once again great. This is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from MJA, this says it all, no problems, great quality vehicle from a trusted dealership.

Arranging a test drive on the same day was simple and straightforward. Peter, the salesman, was friendly, patient and willing to answer any questions and I felt under no pressure to buy or make a decision that day. The car I bought was in very good condition with low mileage and the price was fair. I was asked to phone if I needed any after sales help with anything and I received a follow-up call the next week to check that everything was ok. I felt I could trust this dealership to be honest and upfront.

First of all a massive thank you to both Rob and John. I feel they both really listen to our needs and tried to make things work for us as much as they could.

They will both know that I felt quite sad having to change our old car, which we got at MJA 9 years ago, due to ULEZ. But thanks to them I'm now beginning to love our new car, too. Rob gave us the freedom to explore different types of cars, always with our budget in mind. He continued to check in with us without being too pushy. He always remained honest about his experience, knowledge and had our best interests at heart. John followed up with sorting out a problem with our car. MJA took it into the garage and returned it all fixed. He did not feel bothered at all with some extra questions and queries we had and made sure they were all answered. The boot car button is working as you explained it by the way. All good! They are both very easy to talk to and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a second hand car. We compared their prices with other car dealers and they are very fair. Their offer to exchange our old car (without having the hassle to arrange selling it ourselves) was also very fair. Again thank you so much. Possibly we will be back soon for a car for our oldest!

It was great to have the opportunity to try out different makes and models of cars in the same price range all at one location and without feeling pressurised. The members of the sales team were knowledgeable and friendly and paperwork was completed quickly.
The car was spotless when I picked it up.
