Wow wish I checked here before ordering....

Typical company using the cheapest delivery service they can find and not making it clear they use Evri as their delivery partner when ordering. I would never have ordered it they were up front about this.

Typical of Evri the parcel shows that it made it too the UK and then nothing for almost 2 weeks now.

Mizu keep lieing and telling me I can't track the parcel with Evri directly as it hasn't reached the UK yet.... Even when I have sent them a screenshot of me tracking it with Evri directly and a screenshot from Evri support saying they were trying to locate the parcel at the he local delivery hub....but yeah sure I guess according to Mizu the local delivery hub isn't even in the UK 🤦

Also have refused to escalate the matter even when I have proven the person dealing with my emails is a complete liar.

I ordered my towels 2/23/26 it’s 3/14/26 and they have yet to ship my towels to me. I’ve been complaining via email now they won’t even reply to me. Horrible service never by from this company

I ordered 8 sets of towels during Black Friday in 2025. Till now I never receive my purchase at all. Tried to communicate with them and they replied saying my shipment got missing along the way. Promise to send me another batch but till now also nothing. Asked for a refund and the say their finance team will look into it. Also nothing news from them either. Total scam company and brand. BEWARE!!!

It's been over 10 days and my order still has not shipped. No response from company

I ordered Mizu Towel last Dec 10, 2024 and its worth $240.00. The tracking number is nowhere to be found in Canada Post. Ive tried to email them several times but they just sent me a response that its been shipped and international takes longer ! I ordered other gift items from Ali Express China and it arrives in 2 weeks.
Mizu Towel is a BIG SCAM !!!!

Placed an order for 2 smart towel sets which should include 2 hand and 2 bath towels. The package I received only contained 2 hand towels and not the bath towels. Contacted their support team twice via email with no reply.

This is my second order from the website. My first order went ok.

I ordered expensive bedsheets and towels.towels did come and the bedsheets never came. I don't believe they shipped it. They told me to file a police report and when police asked questions they did not even reply.
