Don't upload songs to mixcloud. Their copyright system doesn't work. Clean shit.

Excellent service and efficient and prompt customer service.

I've taken my songs under my artist name Roundrock from Soundcloud to Mixcloud, and I'm quite satisfied with their service.
Sadly, they do not pay any royalties for streams.

Mixcloud is Racist, they have there selected favorites on who they allow at the top of Charting, the smaller Dj's don't have a chance. A few dj's have complained, if they don't like who's at the top of the music charts, especially if there Black or a person of color, They'll call up one of there Favorite Dj's with 30,000 followers are more and Sic that Dj on the Djs who's at the top with less followers to serve there own purposes, Because they Promote those Dj's and it seems like the Mob runs Mixcloud by there actions.

Great support and customer service for technical and non-technical questions. Very timely and very thorough. It was clear I wasnt in a call center type customer service environment with exceedingly unqualified resources. I worked with Calum who was really outstanding. He understood my questions, answered all of them, and then went on to make recommendations and offered solutions. Very unique these days. I have been dealing with Stubhub, Ticketmaster and a few others that have outsourced everything to god awful support resources. This was such a nice experience and I was due for one. Great job Mixcloud.

I had a problem of a technical nature, because I lost contact with a person I have been working with for several years on Mixcloud, and for the first time it happened that we are not able to communicate regularly via messenger, and leave comments on our mixes. From the moment I reached out to Mixcloud Support for help, less than 24 hours passed, and they resolved the issue. Fantastic experience; I am pleasantly surprised.

Had a radio interview today on a local radio station. The Presenter sent it to me, on Mixcloud, to forward onto friends etc.

I pressed fast forward 4 times, on the 15 sec scroll, now I can't forward it as "fast forward limit reached." So I have to sit and wait ages instead of skipping to my interview.

What a crap, bizarre and OUTDATED app. I'll NEVER recommend it.

Very rude customer support! They lost me after 10years! What a shame!

I've been asking them for more than 3 years straight to increase the description limit, currently at 1,000. I need like 1,200, they refuse to increase it, over and over again. They don't even give a proper reason, they simply say they forwarded my request. Of course they didn't. They simply don't care for the customers that pay their bills in the end. What a shame.

Mixcloud does not want to innovate their livestream platform.
I try it three years and I came with many suggestions.
Never they do something with my ideas.
If you can share the livestream to an another from Mixcloud, it would be better.
Even that suggestion they ignore.
So sad that they don't wanna improve or collabrate with Facebook or X.

It was a good platform, but nearly every mix I try to upload,there is an error where it never used to happen before as frequently as now.
I’m now considering going over to SoundCloud.

Mixcloud blocked me from listening music because I'm from certain country, providing intolerance and hostility. Idiotic main page, poor service. The only advantage is that they motivates others making independent worldwide services.

Mixcloud has too many technical issues, searches dont work properly, cant create playlists, error messages always popping up.. SOUND CLOUD, MUCH BETTER.

Mixcloud somehow became half a scam. Restarting a show on itself while one takes a short break just to speed up decline of free plays is just poor form. THIS IS EXACTLY the behavior which will keep me from paying. Boo!!!!!

I think Mixcloud are rubbish now and they are just taking subscription money and providing very little for it..

Even thier payment sections don't work correctly.

I unfortunitly I will boycot this site now once and for all.

Over priced and seriously under performing service. They won't let you speak to them in person either. AI does NOT work for me and I get the feel the owners just sit on a beach looking at thier bank accounts going up for a service that is really poor now. What a shame.

True djs could really use a leg up from companies that are supposedly there to support what we do.

used to be a decent company now total trash. all about money. no interest in users just trying to rinse every penny from loyal customers
