Directions are not very helpful. Could explain modes better. While transitioning to different modes the lights are on and hard to move between modes and protect your eyes at the same time

Terrible customer serivce
Terrible customer serivce, I’m currently unable to receive my package because it is restricted from being signed for or redirected. UPS confirmed they can only take delivery instructions directly from Mito Red Light, so this requires action from the company.
After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I was told I would receive a callback. Instead, when I reached a manager (Melanie), she stated she was busy running errands and picking up her children, took good 10 minutes to complain, then ended the call without resolving the issue. Isn't this a less then unprofessional customer service?
As of now, I still cannot receive my order and no solution has been provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and reviewing shipping requirements prior to completing checkout.
Once an order has shipped, any redirect, hold, release without signature, or address change is managed according to the carrier’s guidelines. Customers may request available delivery modifications directly through the carrier, including any applicable fees. We do not override carrier delivery restrictions or modify signature requirements outside of standard policy.
Our team followed standard procedure and submitted a request to coordinate with the carrier to assist within these guidelines.

I like the Facial cream For going under…
I like the Facial cream For going under the red light. I think it has softened some of my deeper lines. I think if it were more multi-purpose than you were able to use it on the rest of your body, it would be more useful to me. When I purchase these, I did not know that there was another spray for the body. The reason for the three stars is because I've been also using it on my spine and hip joints post hip surgery and I really don't feel much difference in my pain level. I also do not think it has helped my scar tissue all that much. Perhaps it's doing something internally unbeknownst to me but I was hoping to feel less discomfort and that hasn't happened.

MitoRed went above and beyond to make things right
There was a website glitch involving an affiliated company (MitoSolis) that allowed me to place an order I should not have been able to place. That led to some confusion around the order and refund process, but once I reached out to MitoRed, their team was very responsive and helpful.
What really stood out to me was that Scott, the founder/CEO, personally stepped in to help resolve everything. He stayed involved, offered multiple refund options, and made sure the issue was fully taken care of.
I also already own a MitoRed panel and have had a great experience with it. I really appreciate the testing MitoRed does and the effort they put into product quality and transparency.
Overall, I think they handled an unusual situation with professionalism and follow-through, and I was very grateful for that. I would absolutely consider MitoRed again in the future, and I am planning on getting their helmet and nasal setup next!
