Worst customer support ever

Worst customer support ever. One member talk in english, other don’t want to talk in english. So how I can get an answer about my missing items? Telling me that I need to contact them via email, a team is not answering for 2 weeks already, sending emails every day to them.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s been over 1 week since I ordered my glasses and the company in Germnay keep saying it’s with customs and when asked to give details of this they make excuses. I called royal mail and they said that they do not have information with the tracking number that was provided and said the items isn’t with them or customs. This company seems very shady and unreliable! They have taken my money and and I have yet to see my glasses which I doubt will arrive.

Highly recommended

We ordered a pair of sunglasses. The delivery was fast (2-3 working days) and without any package damages. The product received match expectations and the description from the website. The payment method and procedure was easy and reliable. Overall a very good experience.

The glasses arrived worn/used

The glasses arrived worn, covered in make-up, grease and scratches. The staff were really unhelpful and unapologetic. I’ve returned and been told I’ll have to wait 3 weeks for my refund.

The shipment was supposed to arrive a…

The shipment was supposed to arrive a long time ago, then I got a message notifying me about the delay saying I will receive it on the 27th. It’s now the 30 and I still don’t have a tracking number. Of course now it will arrive too late as I will already be away on vacation (and without proper vision). Extremely disappointing

Awful customer support

Awful customer support. I have been waiting for a month and a half to receive my order just for them to cancel it without a reason after I have been assured they are on their way. My order contained 90 units of daily contact lenses so you could imagine the situation I’m finding myself in right now.

original und gute preis

I like the sun glass that I bought from them. It's Prada, and any of my friends who see asks me where did you buy it. I introduce them to Mister Spex. One of them just recently bought sun glass and the other one contact lenses from them as well. They send you original products and with good price (since they have good offers times to time). that's important for me to buy another brand sun glass from them :)
