I wouldn’t recommend Mister Spexx for lenses

I wouldn’t recommend Mister Spexx for making the glasses. It took 4 weeks to make them (in 16 years for wearing glasses never took more than 1 week and most of them I received in 3 days). Nobody called me or sent me any info to go for pickup. In my account was “in delivery” all the time.
The quality of lenses is not the best, the fitment is imperfect… for me is a big no. Most probably I will change my lenses again in couple of months.
The prices are good so maybe I would try sunglasses or frames, but for lenses go somewhere else.

Smoothly delivered stylish glasses

The customer service was pretty friendly and quick in rectifying the problem I initially had when I first ordered these glasses. Pretty satisfied with everything done quickly to solve the issue. Glasses are great as well!

Service was good

Service was good, delivery speed decent - 4 working days.
URLs in emails are broken, so parcel ID never arrived and it is not visible in account.
I called the Customer Care twice, and they managed to solve it. This interaction was satisfactory.
Sunglasses arrived in a great shape, no issues there.

Dont Trust Them

My recent experience with the customer service at Misterspex was extremely disappointing. Despite my efforts to follow up on an order over the course of five days, I consistently received misleading and false information from the staff. Initially, I was informed that the delay in my order was due to pending status, only to discover later that the order had actually been rejected three days prior. This inconsistency left me feeling frustrated and distrustful of the company's integrity. The lack of transparency and accountability in their communication made me question the legitimacy of their business practices. As a result of this experience, I have lost confidence in Misterspex and have no intention of engaging with them in the future.

Excellent company would highly recommend …

I’ve ordered a few times now from this company and every time I’ve had a fast delivery and the items are exactly as they should be buying from a retail shop only a lot cheaper. I had a problem on my last time with the courier and after speaking to Amanda, even though I was on holiday, she managed to get to the root of my problem so fast and professionally she deserves a lot of credit, the whole team is amazing. If you have a problem I will definitely be using them again

Worst client service ever

Despite the fact that I bought expensive glasses from Mister Spex, they gave me a big disappointment (the filiale in Alexanderplatz). They confirmed that they will send my glasses to my address within 2 weeks but this week is the third!!! I call them and surprisingly they don’t even know where are my glasses!!! They say it was sent to their work place via DHL…but not received and they don’t know where it is… they said they cannot help further as they wait for DHL reply… I wanted my glasses to be ready for after my vacation but due to their incompetence I am having difficulty at work because I cannot see clearly and suffering a headache daily!!! They have the worst client service ever!!!

Pleased with my prescription sunglasses and the price. Slightly slow delivery (although it was in line with their statement on the website being about 2 weeks). I wasn’t aware until reading these reviews that delivery goes via customs. I had been confused that they were confirmed as dispatched then initially I heard nothing for over a week. Once I realised it was a customs delay I was patient and all has been fine. Not ideal if you’re in a rush though and I see others have had issues with delays etc. I can’t comment on the returns process or the communication as I didn’t need to use either thankfully.
