Reputation is everything
Reputation is everything, but not to these! Trying to deal with their returns department is a nightmare. If you ring up, you’re told to email as they are in meetings. The replies are rude and blunt. Finally speak to the manager, unhelpful and couldn’t care less. Awful service. my last order with this supplier.

Lack of warranty and customer services
I bought a Laser Xcel 575 last year for over £32K. Early this year I noticed a fault with one of the front windows. They were marks between the two panes of plastic. To cut a long story short Coachman says its nothing to do with them as they did not make the windows but Miriad. Miriad have said noting to do with them as it's not a defect even though they have physically not examined the caravan. For such a, so called, prestige companies I find this disgraceful, perhaps they need to purchase a copy of the sales of goods act!!!
