Mirenesse - doing it right every time
I'm a longtime Mirenesse fan and have been using it now for 20 years. They have an easy to use website, a few pop ups that can be a little distracting, but don't take away from tge site usability. Amazing, high quality products. Awesome sales and great customer service and support.

Frustrating
Website is poor - way too many pop ups on every page, they get in they way of what I’m actually trying to view and it makes everything take a long time to load.
I specifically enquired if the collagen foundation in mocha was being discontinued and was told definitely not. However was not told that the packaging is changing entirely and will no longer fit with the old. Will complain more about that in my product review I’m sure.
The use of voucher/sale/reward codes is confusing and misleading. Either let us use them, or don’t give them.

This my favourite pencil to use on my eyebrows. Firstly you can alter the depth of the colour. It is cool based perfect for my blond colouring. So many pencils throw a yellow base. The slant of the pencil is great for getting the correct shape that you want.
The dense brush on the end is great for blending.

mirenesse products are amazing
mirenesse products are amazing, I tell all my friends to make the switch.,
My very favourite is the organic mascara, I have been wearing this for over 10 years.
I love both their make up and skin range and honestly believe that my use of their products keeps me looking 10 years younger.
My only gripe is the wasteful overuse of non recyclable plastic packaging. Why not switch to a more planet friendly packaging. If the company was to make this kind of green change I would certainly give it 5 stars.

Beautiful Product, I’ve been using eclipse on and off for 15yrs, it’s my favourite sunscreen, it feels light in my skin and lasts all day, sometimes I wear makeup over, most times not, it’s just a great final skin care base for makeup application! Love Love
