Microsoft are not responding to serious complaints because thats how they act to customers which is why everyone is moving away, even if they buy up worthless old skype and hotmail people still wont stay, My situation of them turning on auto renew and stealing my money from an expired card has still not been resolved because thats how bad the whole company is totally unprofessional clowns
I fail to see why you turn on auto renew and then charge me on an expired credit card, when I get out of Iraq next week I will go to my bank and have them investigate just how you did this, I dont want your product, but you think you are so smart that you can break the law and there will be no action taken against you. you are operating outside of any law in any country, I require a full refund to my account ASAP / or send me details of your legal team and we can go to court.
