Very positive experience
Courtney was the engineer that came out this afternoon to fix my shower. Due to a new shower needing to be installed and an electrical problem he was unable to fix the problem. He was very pleasant and efficient and I would definitely give him a positive review. He reported the issues that could not be fixed to the housing association promptly in order for me to be able to get the shower replaced and the electrics dealt with.

Sam the engineer rang to confirm arrival time, was professional and courteous. Part was replaced, checked and shower working again correctly in no time.

Shower a few weeks out of warranty after paying over £400 initially. Think they could have at least looked at doing a repair within warranty. Immovable totally wouldn’t even discuss it properly.

Unfortunately, as your shower was outside of its manufacturer's warranty period at the time the fault was reported, we were unable to offer a warranty repair. While we appreciate that the warranty had only recently expired, we are required to apply the terms of the warranty consistently and are unable to extend cover beyond the stated period.

Broken part replacement
Needed to contact customer service to get a replacement part for a shower that my plumber had broken on installation. Agent could not be more helpful and part ordered and confirmed within a 5 minute call. Excellent customer service - not something you can usually state nowadays!

Courtney arrived on time to attend to a leaking shower. Within minutes he had identified the problem and rectified it straight away. He was very courteous and tidy and would highly recommend.

Sebastian was extremely helpful
Sebastian was extremely helpful, he was able to fit the new shower without cracking any existing tiles which I thought was amazing. He also took the old shower away.

My previous Mira shower lasted 13 years…
My previous Mira shower lasted 13 years without any issues showing great value for money. I was so impressed with my old shower I thought I would replace with another Mira shower. Though not exactly the same model, I am very happy with my new shower.

Great service on elements handset
When I rang about my failed elements mixer I didn't expent an engineer the next day. I had good emails informing me of Andrew's arrival time and they were spot on. Engineer used shoe covers upon entering my home and was polite and very civil throughout. The repair took no longer than half an hour and he seemed knowledgable and efficient - a great ambassador for the company actually. It is a real shame he actually had to repair a relatively young product but the service experience was so good I'm not inclined to go anywhere else! Engineer was called Andrew from Wales.
