Product Return
I'd ordered the Mirafit Seat Pad for M2 FID Adjustable Weight Bench. The item was excellent quality but was no longer needed by me. I contacted Mirafit regarding their returns policy and very quickly I received an email with information in respect of the return and a link to the Returns Form. The item was returned to Mirafit and I later received confirmation from Rosie and Jordan that the item had been received by Mirafit and my refund had been processed. I'd like to thank Rosie, Jordan and Mirafit for an excellent Customer Service experience.

Poor yoga mat
It is not up to the usual standards I own 3 pairs of Mirafit dumb bells and they are an excellent quality
I ordered the cork yoga Mat and cork bricks. The bricks are fine but the Mat does not roll out flat and just seems a bit flimsy which probably reflects the price
If you can afford a more expensive Mat and are serious about your yoga practice, increase your budget, however if your just starting this may be the Mat for you

Great products at great prices
Great products at great prices. Bought wall mounted pull up bar, dip bar and plyo box. All very solid, hope to have many years good use from them. Also wall fixings provided were good for concrete block garage wall. No extra purchases or fixing required.

Great equipment, great service, terrible delivery
I got a bunch of deep dish weights, 6ft Olympic bar and some other bits. All great quality - couldn't be better really.
DHL was a nightmare - late, no updates / wrong updates, incomplete deliveries, no answer to any message. Mirafit had to send out items twice just because the stuff that did eventually turn up was always missing bits.
Saying that - Mirafit customer service was excellent. They replied quickly every time, kept me in the loop and solved problems effectively, well as least as much as was in their control.
Giving them less than 5 star would be unfair to mirafit, but I hope they give some more delivery options, or sort DHL out.

When companies step up and resolve, all good.
Was thinkinig about giving a 4 star but decided that would be too petty of me. The product is great, but unfortuanly arrived over 3 different deliveries between Friday and Monday which was frustrating.
